The Barn House is a unique and beautiful home that was once truly a barn. In 2001 it was transformed to become something quite magical, and it is now a treasured country experience made available to you. Whether you are a group of two or many...family, group of friends, business group, retreats..the Barn House provides an opportunity for an experience instead of merely an event. The beauty of country will surround you inside and out, with views that hold their own magic with each season, and the interior of the barn with it's wood, stone and stained glass, will leave you in awe as you explore all it offers.

When you rent the Barn House, it is fully furnished with all you probably will need, and if something additional is needed, we will do our best in the tradition of country hospitality, to accommodate you...and to make your stay a treasured memory.

Whether you plan to visit the many attractions in the area...the 26 mile Heritage Trail hiking an biking trail, historic Dubuque, the wineries, the Field of Dreams, the Riverboat Museum, Galena, ski at Sundown, or you plan to just enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the country, the Barn House will meet your needs.

It isn't possible in words or pictures to fully capture the beauty of the Barn House and the country surroundings -- you must experience it yourself. You will then know why...heaven and earth do meet at the Barn House.

* Holiday rates and minimum night stay may be more than basic rate.

*The weekend rate is applied to two nights if booking includes a Friday or Saturday.

*To be in the Barn House or on the premises you must be a registered paying guest. Allowing people to trespess during your stay will result in loss of refund and possible termination of stay.

* When making a reservation request, please complete the rental agreement with the names of ALL the guests including children and their ages on the rental agreement.

Three bedrooms, two w/queen beds; one w/ 2 single beds which can be combined to make a king.

Shared full bath, and full bath attached to bedroom with twin beds.

Also on lower level a pull out couch for additional guests.

Large gathering area with two sectional couches and dining table with chairs.

Bar area with additional full refrigerator

Game room, with ping pong table, several tables and chairs, beanbag games.

MAIN LEVEL:

Two Bedrooms with queen beds....one with 1/2 bath attached.


Full Bath.

Great room w/ woodburning fireplace, sectional and comfy chairs, two large dining tables with seating for 18, and breakfast nook with seating for four more

Fifteen foot island to gather around with seating for five.

Large kitchen w/ restuarant style six burner stove with griddle and double ovens, double refrigerater and full freezer. All pots, pans, dishes and cups and glasses you could need. Both a Mr. Coffee and Keurig, commercial size coffee pots, two crock pots, toaster, blender...everything needed to make a wonderful stay.

Large screened in porch, and wrap around deck with stunning views of the beautiful country side.

UPPER LEVEL

Master bathroom with queen bed, full bath and stunning country views.

The large loft overlooks the main area and has two couches that make into double beds, queen size murphy bed and a chair that makes into a single bed.
