Additional Information:

*Majestic Sun Exterior Restoration: Exterior painting, sealing, and railing work is currently taking place Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM, with completion projected for late March. Guests may experience intermittent work-related noise and temporary closures of exterior areas. Both pool decks are expected to close in December, with plans to reopen for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Rates have been discounted to reflect the potential inconvenience.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment, with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas.

*The onsite community pool at Majestic Sun is seasonally heated based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
