The condo is walking distance to CVS and a Seven-Eleven, as well as the farmers market in the Santini shopping plaza area that will open from November 2024-May 2025. The shopping plaza itself has not yet re-opened post hurricane. Construction on the island continues and will for several years.

The island also has a Casino boat for a night out or you can board the Key West Express for a daytrip to Key West. Shopping and outlet malls are close, as are places to golf, fish, boat, etc!
