We loved everything about our stay! Beds were great and there was actually a decent amount of pillows! Beach was wonderful, never had many people out so finding a good spot was never an issue, and there was some of the best shelling! We come to fort Myers yearly and this was one of the best!

Perfect family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandarac with our two children (ages 13 & 9). The condo itself is well stocked and very well maintained. There were brand new beds in the 2nd bedroom and a new King size bed in the master! The owners very thoughtfully keep beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for you to enjoy during your stay. The location is perfect - right on the beach and close to everything you need. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but, close enough that you can easily get to all the restaurants, entertainment, etc. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We're hoping to go back again next year!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing condo. Everything was perfect! We have 10 year old twins and we felt like home the moment that we walked in. As others have stated, this Condo has absolutely everything that you would need! It has all the comforts of home! When you have children you appreciate and notice all the details and the owner did an awesome job at that!! Just as simple as having awesome big beach towels is a plus! The condo is VERY clean, bright and fresh. You will NOT be disappointed! Do not pass this one by. You will have a pleasant experience from this sweet owner from beginning to end. No details left behind.. LOVED IT!! Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your Beach House. :)

Even Better than Advertised

The location of this condo is perfect. The beach provided all kinds of room for our almost 2 year old to run around. The place has been updated since the photos were taken with new flooring. It is an easy walk to a CVS which was convenient. Shops and restaurants are very close by. If you have kids like us, the unit has kids dinnerware (cups, bowls, plates, etc.) so you don't have to worry about breaking any dishes/glasses. We took advantage of the Chairs/umbrellas/cabanas rented on the beach so that we did not have to haul chairs and umbrellas back and forth. The pool was nice but we spent most of our time on the beach. The unit was perfect for our family of four and offers room for more. All of the instructions needed for access to the room, elevator, parking, etc. were thoroughly detailed in the pre-arrival information packet. A fantastic place and we would love to stay again.

It’s hard to beat this place!

I’ve been visiting the Sandarac since 1987 and know the property and surrounding area very well. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a different unit and Tammy’s is lovely. It’s clean, bright and up to date. The property and building (like the whole island) is experiencing some reconstruction, as to be expected post Hurricane Ian. The crews were courteous and did not impact the quality of the stay too much. It was noisy during working hours, but we had a really wonderful time all the same. I look forward to returning again when the Sandarac renewal has been completed, to see it in the glory I one knew. Tammy was quick to respond to any of my inquiries and absolutely everything provided was as expected. Theres no better time spent during the heat of the July afternoons than hanging out on the lanai with the sparkle of the ocean and the white of the sand to captivate and inspire. Likewise, the brand new, recently refurbished pool was beautifully finished, and was part of our daily routine as well. And most importantly, the easy access to the best part of the beach is what makes the Sandarac truly special. My morning and evening beach walks are the highlight of my day… just be sure to give the wildlife plenty of space and dont’t leave any garbage behind! There are several condos available for rent in the Sandarac, but Tammy’s is by far one of the nicest and most reasonably priced. Thanks Tammy for the wonderful stay!

Great location!

We are very familiar with the location and area and typically stay across the street but wanted to be on the beach for this visit. Great view and great location. Perfect week spent relaxing!

Great Location To Relax!

Property was a very good location for a relaxing getaway! Really good restaurants within walking distance. Great beach access! perfect view of the Gulf! Check before ya go with the construction around the area. There was a lot going on. No water for a day and pathways were blocked and very limited parking due to construction.

Fabulous

We were on a girls trip, the unit was extremely clean, had everything we needed, great location, all the toys you needed for beach, beds were crazy comfortable, tiki bar next door, umbrellas and chairs to rent if you didn’t want to take down to beach, plenty of towels, great water pressure in showers, pool was crazy clean, owners very responsive, we couldn’t have asked better vacation. Thank you!

Great Location

This unit turned out to be a perfect location for us to explore the area. Restaurants and a few shops and CVS all within an easy walk. Beach access from the complex couldn't have been easier. The property at The Sandarac was clean and well maintained and the residents seemed friendly and welcoming for the most part. The condo was clean with a well appointed kitchen. We found everything that we could need for our week stay. Both bathrooms had been updated and the tiled showers were a big plus for us. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. A great selection of pillows as well. We spent most of our indoor time in the screened in area with the windows opened for that great breeze and the beach sounds. Very relaxing! The decor in this unit gives that welcoming beachy feel that we appreciate. Thanks so much for sharing your home and we hope to return soon.

Fun in the sun

We loved everything about this condo, it was located in a very nice area and we walked several nights to different restaurants to eat instead of driving. When we checked in I needed to ask a question and I sent a text to the owner and she answered me right away. I was very happy about that. We will definitely be back. I did leave my personalized water bottle that I hope we can find a way to be returned to me.

Vacation Stay

Great location on the beach! Nice clean and spacious condo with basic kitchen items, towels and beach supplies. Lots of local restaurants and bars for food and drinks within walking distance. Owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Great work/school/cation

My teenage boys and I traveled to Florida but still had to virtually work and go to school. The condo was great as I could work in my bedroom, one kid could be in the den and the other could "be in school" on the porch - all of us with a lovely beach view. We could take breaks and walk right out onto the beach or down to the pool. We actually swam with a group of manatees right in front of our condo and had dolphin sightings every day! We really enjoyed parasailing - which we booked right in front of the condo on the beach. On our free days, we took a great excursion to the Everglades and the guide picked us up right at the condo. The condo was very clean and updated. It is also very secure and beautifully manicured. Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the condo. It is located right on the beach with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well equipped and cozy. The sunsets are gorgeous! We would love to come back here.

Gorgeous Condo with everything we needed!

We decided to stay at this property because our family was staying in a different unit. The condo was priced much higher than others around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The room came with pool toys, beach toys, floats, etc. so I feel like that made up for some of the cost since we didn’t have to purchase those things. I feel like we got our money worth with this condo! Thank you Tammy for an amazing week! We will rent again!

Fantastic view of the the beach and Gulf. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Plenty to see and do. The Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay in March. Tammy was very nice and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a stress free vacation.

Great Condo

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach! The condo is even better than the photos and description. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the doorway. The view is amazing and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Week at Sandarac!

My family just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beautiful Gulf. We have two children (ages 10 and 7) and had everything we could possibly need or want here. The condo is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of linens, beach towels, chairs and toys. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The location and property to the beach were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed just being there and admiring the views. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating and always answered questions and made all information available in the time leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. We truly hated to leave the day that we did. We plan to return again someday soon!

Great Vacation Spot!

We loved our vacation in this condo. The condo is situated right on the beach, the views of the water and the sunsets were beautiful! The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures online. It was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms with roomy showers in both. Plenty of extra towels and beach towels. If you have kids, the owners provided lots of beach toys, even small coolers and beach chairs. In the kitchen there is everything you could possibly need to cook yourself a great meal. There is a small mall, Santini Plaza located almost across the street with plent of restaurants and places to shop. The marina located in back of the plaza if you want to book a guided kayaking trip if you like. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach

excellent place to stay

We would recommend the rental to anyone. Super clean and very convenient to really anything you would like to see. Landscapong was beautiful and all of the people staying in the area and complex were super nice and very helpful. Great parking and the owners were very responsive to questions. We will rent the unit again!

We live in Cincinnati, OH with our four children, and love to escape to the warm weather in Ft. Myers Beach and enjoy time with our family. The condo is stocked with all the comforts of home so when we vacation we have the choice of lazy days at home or active days on the island!

My husband has been vacationing in this part of Ft. Myers Beach for over 40 years, and our own family has built many wonderful memories at the Sandarac.

The Sandarac has a great location on the island. In addition to being located directly on the beach, there are many dining, shopping and other attractions within walking distance.

The Sandarac is beautifully maintained. The grounds include tropical landscaping that make it a great escape for this couple from Cincinnati, OH!

Ft. Myers Beach is easily accessible via the Regional South West airport (RSW) or via interstate 75. The area is far enough south that we can enjoy winter vacations to escape the cold. Over the years, we have visited the Sandarac in every season and always enjoy the sunshine, blue skies, palm trees and white, sandy beaches!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love dining or having our morning coffee on the lanai, where we can enjoy the gulf views. After a quick trip to the grocery store, we do not use the car at all! The condo is on the prettiest, widest part of the beach, and we love to just relax and spend time with our family on the beach or at the pool. Several restaurants are within walking distance, as are shops and a drugstore to restock on any essentials! The trolley stops right in front of the condo and goes all along the beach and to Lover's Key State Park. Our family loves to take the trolley to Times Square to watch the entertainment, walk along the pier, have dinner or browse the shops! We love this location and all of the amenities it has to offer - whether you want to relax or go, go, go - this property has everything you need!
