Welcome to our fully remodeled and spacious 2 bedroom bungalow in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood of North Park, San Diego! Located just a few short miles to the heart of North Park where you can find all the best bars, restaurants, shops and more! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to major freeways to get you anywhere in San Diego quick and easy!

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Designed for the remote traveler or small family getaway, this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with room on the couch or air mattress to fit a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort with 12 inch memory foam beds, blackout curtains/room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a portable AC/heater plugged in to give you personalized temperature control for your stay!

Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king bed and 40 inch smart tv. If you need to get some work done, the master also has a desk and chair where you can take advantage of our high speed AT&T fiber wifi to keep you connected and productive.

The second bedroom is on the smaller side but does not lack comfort or coziness with its queen size 12 inch memory foam bed and ceiling fan.In the closet you will find hangers and a dresser to unpack your clothes.

The full bathroom with shower and tub is newly renovated and sparkling clean. We provide all toiletries including toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have plenty of extra towels and a hair dryer for you to use.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
With a fully-stocked kitchen and new appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee. Dual Keurig Coffee Maker for K-Cup pods or ground coffee to brew the way you like to!

The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. We provide complimentary Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney, HBO Max and Roku Tv. The large open windows invite the most beautiful sunshine and make lounging in this room a highly enjoyable experience. Here you will also have a mini-split to personally control the temperature of your heating and air conditioning.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Outside the unit we offer a 4 seater patio table to relax in the sunshine and grill your favorite meals on the BBQ grill! The backyard is fully fenced so you can let the little ones or pets roam worry free! There is a beautiful park that is dog friendly located right behind the property. Take a stroll to let the dogs roam free or kids to play on the playground.You can also have a family BBQ as well!

☀ Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ Behind the home is also our property with the exact same layout. Inquire to book both units for your larger groups!

☀Our parking space behind the property in on an unpaved road. You may find it easier to park on the street instead. Please just park on the street opposite from the home.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor above the sliding glass door in kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host's prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 12 guests. If more than the authorized
