Our single family home is located directly across the street from the beach with private deeded beach access. Pool in our cul de sac along with access to larger community pool w/ swim lanes. Pools are outdoors for seasonal use.

Tannin is a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from the beach. Cottage #1 is the first in the newly developed West Gate cul de sac. A timber footbridge connects the community to the Rosemary Dunes Trail at Gulf State Park. There are over 25 miles of trails for walking, running, bike riding. An olympic size pool is also available to guests. The house offers all the comfort and amenities you need with wifi, smart tvs, kitchen equipment and more. You must be 25 or older to rent this property. No Parties. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed on the property with a pet deposit of $575. Please disclose if you are bringing pets when you book.
