Master Suite #1 (Main Floor): California King with a sitting area, a desk for working while you are away. Pull-out twin bed is perfect for the little ones. French doors open to the private, backyard forest. Steps away you will find our large outdoor Hot Tub under the stars. Bathroom has 2 sinks, stone tiled shower and a separate, jetted Jacuzzi tub.

Master Suite #2 (Main Floor): Queen bed with desk for work while you vacation, and a twin day bed. Private full-sized bathroom with stone tiled shower.

Main Floor Half Bathroom: Easy access from the Kitchen and Living Room.

Upstairs Media Room: Movie & sports fans can chill upstairs while the gourmands cook downstairs. Brand new, giant 70" smart TV, Surround Sound (built-in), DISH network and DVD player. Check out our DVD and game library with titles for adults, teens, children and everyone in between. There are two Queen size futons and a large leather couch for watching, lounging or sleeping. For the kids, there is plenty of carpeted area for sleeping bags. There is also a wet bar with sink, beverage fridge, microwave and plenty of counter space.

Upstairs Bedroom #3: Lovely bird-themed Queen bedroom with rustic wood charm.

Upstairs Bedroom #4: Charming bear-themed bedroom with two Twin beds, and a closet full of toys.

Upstairs Bathroom: Updated bathroom with beautifully tiled floor, and gorgeous stone-tiled shower/tub combo. Large skylight keeps this room lit with natural light.

Laundry Room (Main Floor): Separate laundry room with premium front-loading washer and dryer. Granite counter top for folding, and cabinets for storage.

Central Air Conditioning and Heating: Two separate zones- upstairs & downstairs. Keep cool during the hot summer nights, and stay warm after a day of play in the snow, or warm up in the Hot Tub!

Large, New Hot Tub: 8 person hot tub with deck and privacy walls at the rear of the home. Enjoy the tub with an unobstructed view of the Big Dipper!

Front Porch: Large covered front porch with hardwood Adirondack chairs & tables- perfect for reading or just chilling.

Level Entry (via Side Porch): Both Master Suites and the Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are accessible.

Large Backyard: Level(!), private outdoor patio with plenty of room for lounging and eating meals outside. Multiple seating areas for private and family time. Seating for your entire group with multiple tables and plenty of chairs including lounge chairs, sky chair, hammocks and a swing for the kids and adults. Kids too noisy? They can pitch a tent and sleep under the stars. Adults can experience Glamping at its finest!

Gas Barbecue: Multiple burners with cooking utensils on the side porch- right outside the Kitchen & Dining Room. Propane included.

Twain Harte Lake Membership: Open to renters! There is a lottery system and we can submit a request for your. The best bet for the lottery is weekdays (not weekends). Another good approach is to just go in the afternoon and they will let people in based on availability.

WiFi: High Speed Internet Access throughout the property.

For the Little Ones: High chair, Pack 'n Play with linens, baby gates for the stairs, child outlet covers, plastic plates/bowls/sippy cups, DVDs & games.

Location: Just a 4 minute walk to Twain Harte Village with restaurants, shops and miniature golf. Don't miss the Twain Harte Golf Course- a tree-lined 9 hole.

Cleaning: Experienced cleaning team that is skilled at cleaning larger homes, and a Hot Tub cleaning company that cleans the Hot Tub weekly.
