Lakefront House- near downtown Annapolis

Great place to relax and enjoy the serene view of the lake in this spacious house with multiple balconies. Enjoy a hotel feel with added benefits and comforts of a modern waterfront custom home. Minutes from Quiet Waters Park. A real getaway, but only a short (10-15 min) drive to downtown & historic Annapolis - shopping, restaurants, marinas, and the Naval Academy.

2 Story private house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (complimentary toiletries).
-Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
1. Extra- large master suite (King bed). Full bathroom en suite with double sinks, tub and walk in shower. Private balcony off the master suite overlooking the water. The master suite has smart TV, couches and desk/work station.
2. Queen bedroom with option to setup another twin bed with removable bed frame that holds a full thickness twin memory foam mattress setup upon prior request.
3. Bedroom with full bed and twin bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a private balcony overlooking the water
Full bathroom with tub on the top floor.

- Main floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Main floor has 2 living spaces with couches, smart TV’s and foosball table. There are 2 dining spaces, windowed kitchen overlooking the water with complimentary snack basket and coffee bar. A large open deck off the main floor with entrances from the kitchen, dining room and main floor bedroom. The large deck has lounge chairs, dining table / chairs and a porch swing.

-Outside lower patio leading to the dock with Adirondack chairs and outdoor seating overlooking the water/dock.
- Pack N Play and toddler bedrail available
-Free parking in driveway

-There is a lower host unit that is also rentable if you are looking for more space. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, sunroom. The lower unit is not rented simultaneously unless by the same guest (photos not shown of lower unit- please message us for more info). Host is not usually around on the premise, however may access the vacant space through separate host entrance for upkeep, care, and/or host use that does not interfere with the guests stay. Guest privacy and comfort is paramount to us.

-Dock and walkway area leading up to dock is shared space.
-NO swimming or diving allowed
-Boat use is for host only (Canoe on property is privately owned and not for guest use)
-Ring camera/s located on outside of property.
