This property has all new stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen that is ready for those that want to gather family and cook a nice meal. Speaking of gathering family this condo provides an abundance of room to do just that, from a guest room that houses two queen beds and has its own bathroom, to a bunk room perfect for kids that even includes a fun Pac-Man arcade game (and a special note from the owners), and the luxurious Master Bedroom that has its own onsuite and a beautiful barn door entry, this property truly is the perfect place to gather and enjoy making memories that will last a lifetime! There is even a full dining table for everyone to gather around! The living room also has a recliner for those that want to sit back and relax on their vacation while bingeing their favorite shows!

Great place to unwind

We had a great time here, just the perfect spot to sit around while out and feel "at home" so to speak. Home was clean, plenty of amenities and very close to the strip. A little bit confusing to find if following GPS but found it quick enough. Would stay again.

Perfect little getaway

Located in a convenient area. Easily within a short distance from anything we wanted to do. Property was extremely clean. Our family of 6 were all very pleased and would definitely stay at the same property again.

Great Property

Everything was very nice and spacious. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Only recommendation is a new pan or two in the kitchen. They were really tough to cook in and clean. Thank you for a great place to stay. The porch was a nice feature.

Family getaway

It was neat and clean. Our unit was basically a new one. Also indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor pool were all in good condition as was the clubhouse. Location was close to so many things in Branson and short drive to others.

Overall, this rental met our needs, and the host was wonderful, especially when we accidentally left a set of keys behind. They were extremely helpful in getting them returned to us. Unfortunately, the pool heater wasn’t functioning, so the pool wasn’t usable. The Pac-Man game was also out of order, and the living room remote was missing. We did have concerns about cleanliness, including hair in the beds, dirt on the floors, and a spill in the front room that hadn’t been cleaned. There were also some noticeable damages throughout the property. Due to the condition, we placed a Walmart delivery for cleaning supplies and washed the sheets ourselves. Despite these issues, we are already looking at dates to rent here again next year.

Great Condo!

We had an excellent time in Branson! The condo was very nice and perfect for our family! Our son loved the arcade game, but didn’t spend as much time on it as he would’ve liked. We would definitely stay here again, and if our kids have their way, we’ll be back next year. 😆

Spacious and fun condo

Our group included 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids ages 5-10) this condo had more than enough room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed the bunk room for the kids and it was nice that there were 2 larger rooms with their own bathrooms for the adults. We spent many nights out on the balcony and time at the pool in-between Branson outings. The location was close enough to all the popular attractions but we enjoyed that it's a bit off the strip. The owners were very prompt with my questions and assured me we would have everything we would need. We would definitely keep this condo in mind for our future Branson vacations.

Beautiful Spacious Space

The place was very nice and spacious. There were a few things though, no salt and pepper, no remote for the fireplace (it got chilly), no kleenex and the coffee maker had cleaner of some kind still in the machine. Made a pot of coffee and lets just say a very very bad experience. I would definitely stay again for sure, close to everything.

We are sorry to hear about the coffee pot having vinegar left in it from our efforts to descale them. There are remotes now at the property for the fireplace. They are not necessary to have in order to make the fireplace function. They are more of a convenience and we just received them from the builder. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the future as we will be able to provide guidance on how to operate the fireplace. We do not provide salt and pepper at our properties. We ran into issues in other properties we manage where ants were attracted to the sugar and other condiments we provided. We have chosen to remove those items from all of our properties and make this known in the communication we send prior to a guest arrival. Kleenex are something that should have been at the property and we would have been happy to provide them to you had we been notified there were none at the property. We hope to serve you again in the future and look forward to providing you a great experience.

Tons of room!

Great property with tons of room. I appreciated the directions given because building G is a newer building that is kind of off on its own from the other buildings in The Foothills. We loved our stay! It did look like the bar at the kitchen counter forgot to be wiped down but there were plenty of cleaning supplies that I found easily and was able to wipe it down myself - no big deal at all. My kids loved the arcade games in the guest room as well. Big hit! Would definitely recommend

This was a great place for our family. It was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown Branson, while also providing a more private, secluded space to relax. It never took more than 10 minutes (other than the Branson Show Boat) to get to where we were going.The inside is brand new with all of the amenities provided. Our GPS didn't take us directly to the property, so it did take a little extra time upon arrival. The pool was just okay, it was very busy while we were there as it's shared with the entire community, but it was also very hot, so that's understandable. Access to the pool is definitely not convenient, as you have to walk through the community building, then through the indoor pool, then outside to the outdoor pool. As a mom with three littles, it would have been nice to have direct access to the outdoor pool and not have to walk so closely to the edge of the indoor pool. Overall, we enjoyed our three day stay. Thank you!

Nice & clean property

The apartment was big enough for the 10 adults we brought with us. The sleeping arrangements were great and it was decorated in Christmas which was beautiful!!! But, this apartment is very noisy we were woke up at 6:30am every morning with kids running a marathon above us. We had 6 adults were putting a puzzle together and 4 of the guys were playing the packman game (which was an awesome addition to the room) and our downstairs neighbor came up at 9 pm and said we were too loud. Honestly no one was hardly even talking. So the walls must be extremely thin. But overall it was a nice place to stay.
