Drift your days away in our heated pool here at the Breezy Oasis. Turn the phones off, the music up and take a moment to relax in this private sanctuary created by Mother Nature. All the modern conveniences of home with a coastal vibe. Once you arrive at our Oasis you will not want to leave but we must share one of the best kept secrets in FL with you. Our quaint little town Englewood offers much in unique shopping and dining experiences along w some of the most beautiful Gulf Beaches to find.

The home is located in the Englewood East which is a residential community. Only 7 miles to beautiful, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. Many unique dining and recreational experiences close at hand. Englewood is a community featuring more Mom and Pop shops as opposed to the big box stores. Publix is recommended for grocery shopping. Golf courses open year round. Discounts in the summer. Englewood caters to the water enthusiast with great boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just a short drive away. Several great parks and libraries nearby including Warm Mineral Springs 15 mins away, Myakka State Park 40 mins away, Myakka State Forrest 5 Mins, Myakkahatchee Park 31 Mins away and the Tringle Park less than 5 mins away featuring a great Library next door.

The home has a smart lock for entry. The entry code will be sent via text when the home has been fully prepared for your stay.

Notice required if you want to bring a trailer, boat, camper, RV, etc.

From the moment you walk into the Breezy Oasis you are surrounded by modern day comforts and welcoming colors. The home hugs you and you immediately feel right at home. The owners are frequent visitors so it is well stocked. If you enjoy cooking, we have you covered. But we must say Englewood offers excellent culinary delights for the foodie in the group. We will share our favorite's with you. You will walk through the door and immediately make your way to the pool. We can't blame you! The sun kissed pool deck is completely private and cut off from the world by nature's own fencing. Have your bathing suit on, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and float in the heated, salt water pool! Loungers in place to bask in the Florida sun....relaxation!!! Pool heat is not included in the rental fee additional charge is $25 per day will only heat to the temperature of 85 Degrees Fahrenheit during the winter months. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your desired start time. Fire up the propane grill and delight the neighbors with wafting deliciousness. After all the play, turn on the outdoor television, and enjoy your dinner around the outdoor table with seating for six. As the day comes to a reluctant end you will rest comfortably here. The main bedroom sits opposite of the two guest rooms and you will sprawl in King sized bedding with a walk in closet. Slider right out to the lanai. Bonus! Queen accommodations in the second bedroom and two singles in the third. Need a break from the snoring, the sofa pulls out into a bed. Stream your favorite shows from the various Smart Tv's. A bluetooth speaker as well to set the mood. I can hear the calypso drums now. Garage area is off limits to guest. Less than a 7 mile drive to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Manasota Key and help yourself to the towels, chairs, umbrella, and the trusty cooler located in bin on side of home. Shelling , shark tooth hunting, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, fishing is all right at hand. Multiple beaches along Manasota Key to choose from. Please do not miss Stump Pass. Great food and yummy drinks right across the street. Sip your margarita and watch a breath taking sunset. We know with certainty you will be booking your next stay before you know it. All surveillance located in front and side of home pointing towards the street.


It is recommended you have a vehicle. Uber is often used. Approximately a $20 Uber drive to the beach.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.

TO DO:

1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.

4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.

5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.

6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.

7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.

8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location

9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.

10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.

11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.

13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
