Elevator and parking garage WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE starting the second weekend in March as they begin the demolition process for the new elevator to go in. Please note that parking must be found outside of the garage and stairs must be utilized.

"Our Happy Place" offers spectacular bay and sunset views in a recently remodeled third floor condo, providing quick access to the bayside lazy river pool. Whether you choose to relax by the pool or take a float down the lazy river you will never miss the views. The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets, bird watching in addition to fishing off the bay or in the stocked pond so bring your pole and waders! The Pointe West Beach Club and Beach is also yours to enjoy, both are less than a 2-minute drive across the road in your car or for more adventure rent a golf cart & utilize the underground tunnel and pathways to this area. Grills and Fire Pits are
located throughout the property for grilling up your catch of the day or roasting s'mores.

This home has front door Ring for security purposes. Inside this top floor condo offers 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (both full over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably including a pack n’ play for your little ones. 4 High Def LED TV's with Xfinity cable and steaming capabilities, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, baby/toddler essentials (monitors, sound machines, table high chair), indoor and outdoor dining plus so much more!

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
