The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in beautiful Savannah, Georgia! Our home is perfect for families and pet owners alike, with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
You'll find all the cooking essentials you need in our fully-equipped kitchen, and you can start your day off right with the stocked coffee and tea station. The modern decor and Pac-Man arcade game are sure to delight guests of all ages, and there's plenty of entertainment for the whole family with our board games and Foosball table.
We've also made sure to include kid-friendly amenities, such as a crib, highchair, and children's books. Our fenced-in backyard is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends can enjoy the trip with you. Don't forget to use the two-car garage to keep you out of the weather on those wet or chilly days while loading or unloading the little ones (or furry ones).
Our home is located in close proximity to the beach (20 minutes) and downtown Savannah (15 minutes), making it easy to explore all the city has to offer. Once done walking around the city or dipping your toes in the sand, you will be able to get away from the hustle and bustle into your vacation home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the home, its garage, the driveway, and the backyard. We ask that any locked closets are respected as they hold the property's linen and supplies.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads or residential here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately 8 minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Other Things to Note:
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that quiet hours of 8 pm to 8 am are observed. We hope this doesn't inconvenience you at all.
For planning purposes, the space is outfitted with start-up quantities of paper products, trash bags, and other consumables. These supplies are intended to make the settling-in process more convenient for you, not to last the entirety of an extended stay. These supplies can last a typical 2-3 day stay depending on the number of guests and consumption rates. You can find additional supplies at Kroger, Publix, or Walmart - which are conveniently located just minutes from the house.
