Welcome to a newly remodeled townhouse style home-from-home in a central street location on a main corridor in Louisville, with restaurants, bars and other stores right on your doorstep. Your group of up to 10 guests will have over 1,700 feet of living space to enjoy all to yourselves. The
condo is located behind a clothes store, and there’s space for up to 6 vehicles at the rear of the property, making it the ideal place to stay for multiple families or a group of friends who are planning to drive here separately. This is a property in which each of the two levels is self-contained with a living area, kitchen, bathrooms and two bedrooms. The upper level features a wooden floored open concept living area with two sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, and a large flat screen TV with Netflix and Roku. The kitchen features a range of appliances, plus a bar area with 4 stools for seating. There’s also access to the balcony which overlooks the street. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second a king bed. There’s also a washer and dryer and two fully tiled bathrooms with showers. The lower level also has a living room, this one with a sofa and love seat, plus another TV. You’ll find another full kitchen here too, as well as a fully-tiled shower room, another washer dryer and two bedrooms - a master with a queen bed and ensuite, the second with a queen bed. Having two kitchens - each with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two separate living areas with large TVs always comes in handy, especially if separate families want their own space as well as time with the whole group. And the trio of bathroom suites give you an impressive variety of places to get ready for days and nights out on the local Bourbon trails. Marble finishes add quality to all of the bathrooms, with fresh towels provided for all guests.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside the upper level living area and you can sample the buzz of the busy street from your balcony which faces the restaurants and is next to a coffee shop. It’s a great place to enjoy fresh air and get yourself prepared for the day, and somewhere to enjoy drinks before heading out for the night. There’s a brand new BBQ out here too, so whoever in your group wants to show off their grill skills can do so.

CHILDREN WELCOME
This is a family friendly home that welcomes multi-generational guests, with cribs, a high chair and books and toys for younger guests to enjoy as well as board games for people of all ages.

If you want to stay somewhere that’s in the heart of town, but is set back a little from the street then this house for 10 behind a clothes store is ideal for you. The home is actually located on a street that’s named “the most famous street of the city Louisville, KY”. There are restaurants right opposite, a coffee shop next door and a park, boba tea, and plenty of nightlife nearby, so the needs of everyone young and old are catered for right on your doorstep within easy and safe walkable distances. Other places you’ll need to drive to (or hire an Uber) to reach include:

 Downtown - Convention Center - 3.9 miles
 Fair and Exposition Center 4.6 miles
 Churchill Downs 5.1 miles

Six (yes, six) parking spaces at the back of the property make driving here the best option. And with so much within easy walking distance, you may find you can leave your cars right where they are and enjoy getting around on foot. Alternatively, you can always get someone else to do the driving by hiring an
Uber.

Great location

Overall a nice place with lots of things to do in the area. Local coffee shop 2 doors over with great vegan options, and the best sushi restaurant right across the street.

Love this Property!

These updated units were great! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had plenty of space! We loved the upstairs gathering space and the 3 bathrooms were beautiful! This is as advertised and we had more than everything we needed. I would happily stay again!
