This perfect second-floor duplex will be just the place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Bradenton Beach! This breezy home away from home is conveniently located only two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail.

When you book this duplex, you have access to a heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex, along with a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand. As you enter, a coastal-themed open floor plan will greet you. Enjoy a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighboring homes. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to the balcony.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaā€™s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I wish there were a few more linens for our guests. Other than that, everything was pretty good. The beach is a 3min walk and you are only a short drive from plenty of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked.

Fantastic location. The pool location is very tricky as it is shared between the 2 condos. The pool is closest to the bay-side and not the ocean side. Took several emails to find where it was located, but we finally found it. Overall, great rental.

Awesome neighborhood and beach. Weirdly shared pool in between 2 different buildings and 4ish apartments. Nice pool otherwise. Modesltly updated old property. No soap/shampoo.

This stay came with clean sheets and a good location. Sadly the pictures donā€™t show you how old and in need of repair this place is. There is an old cigarette smell, holes in drywall, stains on countertops, curtains and walls. Just a gross overall place. Possible mold damage since the floors are rotting. Would not recommend you stay here.

Great getaway

Nice place to stay and just a few blocks away. Appreciated the beach towels and a few items to use at the beach (chairs, boogie boards) since we flew in. The pool was nice and it was a quiet area. We loved the island - the beaches were beautiful. High recommend taking the short drive up the island to Bean Point. Great shells and beautiful beach.

Great weekend away.

We enjoyed the property it was very convenient to beach and the area was a quiet beach town and the neighborhood was great felt safe walking the dog even in the middle of the night. Other guest were very friendly and shared restaurant suggestions as did we. We will be back.

The bungalow was clean, quite and comfortable. Some things are a little dated, but others have been newly updated. The light switches were thoroughly confusing, but we were able to make things work. I would have loved to have been beach-side, but it's a really short walk to the beach.

The outside of the property is nothing special. But the inside is very nice. Well kept and clean. Beach towels provided. AC worked very well. The best feature was the POOL. Very nice to come from the beach and wash your body and feet at the outside shower. then taken a dip in the pool. Or just hang at the pool. We had to share the pool with the other quests but it was not a big deal. Lots of items for children an adults to use in the pool as well as chairs and loungers. Nice grills to use for each rental as well as the property was well lit. Great parking spaces.

Great location

Place was good. Pool is one building over but also nice. Place was short of glasses and we were surprised by the lack of any spices, such as salt and pepper. It was nice to have starter pack for laundry, dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. Good stay.

Overall, great experience! The beds were all super comfortable! The condo itself was the perfect size.The location was good and walkable to plenty of places or could catch the trolley to get around. Suggestion to the property owner- location of the pool and w/d was not clear. Luckily, had some nice neighbors who told me location. If youā€™re not familiar with the area, itā€™s a little confusing to find out trolley info.

Needs work. Balcony chairs not stable. Sleeps 7 but bedding for 5. No ice trays which is odd since there 's no ice machine. Pictures on wall werent level. We didnt realize pool was in front of a different building. The pull out bed should've been inspected since there were nacho crumbs in the bed. We understand there's been work done since hurricane but maybe the cleaning people should be more detailed. There was no hand wash soap in one bathroom. I could go on but i think you get the picture. Even the pool area needs a bit of pickup and cleaning.

Close to the beach

cozy townhouse close to the beach. we enjoyed our stay, however, there were a few hiccups. Beds include a couch bed and a twin bed fold-up in the closet. There were no sheets for these beds when we arrived, but property management was responsive. Additionally, the cold water faucet in the shared bathroom was leaking, flooding the floor.
