The Space

Step inside and feel at home. The open layout features a cozy leather Article couch, custom butcher-block bar, and a warm, boho-inspired design with a bookshelf full of reading materials, plenty of natural light, and a washer dryer inside. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and style — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Gainesville.

The backyard is lush and full of life — a peaceful space to unwind, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a fire under the stars.

The Neighborhood

Located on a quiet, friendly street on the edge of College Park, you’ll find neighbors tending gardens and waving from their porches. Walkable, safe, and close to everything — downtown, UF, and Shands Hospital are just minutes away.

Good to Know

- Bedroom 2 connects the main living area to the master suite. Guests can walk through it or use the master’s private backyard entrance.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
- No smoking! $500 Smoking fee applies.
- Small gatherings OK so long as place is treated with respect... any excessive mess will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
