The Space:
This 1,285 sq ft newly-remodeled and renovated home has been freshly painted, modernized with granite countertops, new flooring in the rec room and game room, and furnished in a stylishly warm and inviting way designed to make you feel “at home.” It’s the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great visit to make new memories there!

- The LIVING ROOM features a large WALL-MOUNTED SMART TV and plenty of cushy sofa seating to enjoy relaxing downtime moments together. The sofa opens to a queen-sized bed for flexible sleep space.

- Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don`t forget to log out before checkout for your security.

- The DINING area is a unique space-saving BAR TABLE with 4 bar stools to comfortably enjoy a meal in front of the TV.

- A remodeled and FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with brand new GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus essential extras like a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanup.

- WASHER/DRYER combo in the LAUNDRY ROOM in the basement that you’re free to use with IRON & IRONING BOARD too.

Getting Around:
The home is about 8 miles | 13 km or about a 15-min drive from the Airport (CLE). It’s best to check your mobile map app for driving time as it varies depending on the time of day and traffic. Also, it’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer or rent a car to get around, which is the most convenient. Plus you’ll have free parking at the home.

There are other means of public transportation, like the local RTA bus. There’s a local RTA bus line within walking distance of the property (about .5 miles). If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Please note guests must climb some steps to get in the house, one step to enter the side entrance, and the basement has a few steps going down.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

⚠️ Please be aware that this property includes a set of stairs. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this before booking to ensure the space comfortably meets their needs.

Please make sure to log in using your own Roku and streaming accounts during your stay, as we do not provide Roku or any streaming service login information. Also, please note that cable access is not available. For your privacy and security, remember to log out of all accounts before checkout. 🔐

Wi-Fi, 5 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, 4 arcade games in the rec room, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, outdoor Cornhole game, and more are provided free during your stay.

Please note that the hot tub is on a cleaning bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. Two times a week they come to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between the services they provide, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

We do provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, some laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need.

DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include offices and desks.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
