Luxury Grayhawk home located on the Par 3 'SWINGING BRIDGE' 11th hole of the stunning Talon Golf Course. The home is in a guarded and gated community
The house is professionally decorated including a fully equipped kitchen and features an in ground pool and spa with natural gas fire pit, and Weber BBQ.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, large walk in closet and has direct access to rear yard pool and spa.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and own ensuite bathroom including bathtub. The third bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. The fourth bedroom has one queen and one twin beds. Also, the den is furnished with a quality pull out sofa bed if required.

* Family room, den and all bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs.

The kitchen area is fully equipped complete with high-end appliances, a family room with gas fireplace and 65 Smart TV as well as french doors leading to both center courtyard and rear yard pool area. PoolPool/spa heat is optional at $75/Day.

As an option, a heated community pool and spa is just a few minutes walk away.

This rental is close to many outstanding golf courses as well as DC Ranch Marketplace, Hayden Crossing and Westworld, location of the world famous Barrett-Jackson Car Auction.

This home has everthing you will need for a great family and golf vacation.

This was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and quiet getaway. Clean, great location.

This is a great property. Large, clean, met all our needs. Great, open backyard with small pool and hot tub/spa, fire pit, BBQ. Perfect location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property

We couldnā€™t have been happier. The house was exactly what we wanted. This was our first stay in North Scottsdale and weā€™d never stayed in a gated community before. We loved our location-convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do. And the gated community thing was painless. Canā€™t wait to go back.

Cozy and comfortable

We are retired and rented the house for 5 weeks. Our plans were to use the house as a winter home and have our extended family come through over our stay. We hosted my wife's parents, our children, our nieces, and my wife's sister and her husband. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and allowed us plenty of space (inside and out) to visit and sleep comfortably and quietly at night. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable and master suite is huge and quiet. The spare bedrooms (all but the twin with an ensuite bath) are on the opposite side of the house which makes for perfect sleeping arrangements. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and easy access to everything Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer. The owner (Ron) is very prompt and courteous to work with and addressed the one and only minor problem (blocked line on hot tub) immediately. We wouldn't hesitate booking this property for future visits.

A fantastic home!

Lots of space to spread out and was in a quiet, private neighborhood. I was traveling by myself for business, so didn't take advantage of any amenities in this house--but the backyard looked like fun and the kitchen was well appointed. Will be a fantastic spot when I have my family along for the ride next time!

Great Golf House

4 golf buddies stayed a long weekend. Great time. House was awesome for hanging out with fire pit, spa and pool table. Private bedrooms with plenty of space and 3 baths kept everyone happy. Close drive to Scottsdale golf courses, stores, restaurants and highway. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed!

Property was exactly as advertised. All items were in working order and the house was extremely comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out and the backyard pool area and fire pit were perfect.

4 guys golf trip. Plenty of room for everyone, didn't make any meals so can't speak to quality of kitchen wares, but the appliances all looked good and clean. House is perfect for couples/groups/would be great with families. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Excellent!

This was a golf weekend for two couples and we absolutely loved this house. Loved the various fireplaces, well equipped kichen, pool, and hot tubs before and after golf. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the place had nice extra touches like a basket of blankets and a basket of towels for the pool area. The owner was very responsive when we reached out....considering coming back for a month next year!

New Year's Family Getaway

We had a great time at Talon Retreat. The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed spending time at the house but also enjoyed the great restaurants and hiking close by. The pool and hot tub were great as was the pool table.

Great AZ getaway

We were so happy with the location and gated community atmosphere located right on Greyhawk Golf Club. The house was spacious and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a great way to spend lazy mornings and afternoons in the sun. The house did show some minor aging and small cosmetic imperfections but nothing that would keep us away from staying again. Communication with our host was very easy! The proximity to walking trails as well as delicious food was an added bonuses!

Couples retreat

Great house and location for all our activities in Scottsdale and north. The house fit our needs very well as we used the hot tub, fireplaces and fire pit daily (nice touch was the light blankets available for cooler nights and mornings). We cooked in several days using the great gas grill and stove. Well stocked kitchen for our cooks. We even enjoyed the pool table in a tournament that lasted way too late one night. Ron was very responsive to any communication and easy to work with. Only complaint was from the couples in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom that the beds were small and soft, but they are used to king beds so likely part of the problem. All in all, a great week for us and we would consider the house again on a future trip to the area.

Great family get-away!

Well-appointed home in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. Ron, the host, could not have been more accommodating. Home had so many great amenities for our whole family, from the heated pool and hot tub, pool table, TVs in each bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, lovely courtyard with fireplace, to the neighborhood community pool and nearby opportunities for outdoor recreation. Kids were able to do online school while we worked, making this a great ā€˜workationā€™ for the whole family!

Family Vacation

This was a great vacation rental home and Ron was very easy to work with. He was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to make our week easy and fun. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (2 teenagers) with plenty to do with the pool, hot tub and pool table. Everything was in great condition. The location is nice with plenty to do and see. We would definitely stay here if we visit North Scottsdale again.

Great Holiday

We had a wonderful time at this property. Ron helped us escape a disaster of a property with prompt communication, kindness and excellent follow through. The property is exactly as listed, the pool area is great for relaxing, the grill and outdoor eating area are wonderful and the pool table received a lot of use. We would definitely recommend this property.
