This beautiful property also includes a separate two car garage with 1,000 square foot finished loft. You'll also enjoy the large gas firepit surrounded by pine trees, large gas BBQ, and a fun "Moose" Lodge that opens to both the backyard and extended driveway. According to multiple sources, Peachtree City has been voted one of the "Best Places to Live" in the U.S. Located about 30 minutes from the Atlanta airport in a Beautiful Corporate Suburb. This really feels like home, and makes extended stays for Corporate and Business training and events all the more enjoyable. You can enjoy a cup of coffee, by the fire, on the wrap-around porch, or relax out back and watch the deer, birds, and squirrels run and play. Peachtree City has over one hundred miles of golf cart trails so you can skip the car and take the golf cart, that's included, with this home. Cart to dinner, dancing, golf, bowling, gym, tennis, fishing, or any of the other many recreational activities nearby. Come home after a fun day out on the trail, and snuggle up by the fire or enjoy the view from the garden room. When you're ready to call it a night, you can look forward to a comfy bed with crisp white percale sheets and fluffy bedding. This home is fully equipped and beautifully appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This property was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation . Amazing outdoor space, golf cart , gas grill , water features and abundant wild life ( deer, birds and squirrels).We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Atlanta/Peachtree City area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, perfectly located and had great decor. The outdoor spaces were over the top! We hope to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home. We were comfortable from the moment we walked in.

Perfect Location

If you want a convenient location in Peachtree City, GA this is it. We were looking forward to using the golf cart but unfortunately, the weather was lousy during our stay.

3 Day Stay

The property is very clean and has a lot of personal touches that you don't typically see in a rental home. The outdoor spaces are amazing. The property is one that is even better than the pictures show. Highly recommend.

Quiet, Peaceful, and Laid Back

We came from different parts of the country to celebrate the life of a much loved departed family member. Though the circumstances weren’t ideal to gather together, we enjoyed staying at the house with family and friends. Tami was always responsive, which was appreciated as we just wanted to be low key. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

They have three children and nine grandchildren, who all love to visit and enjoy all three of their homes. You can find their three homes listed as; The Tiki House in HB (Huntington Beach, California), The Sunshine House in Parker (Parker, Arizona), and Southern Charm in Georgia (Peachtree City, Georgia). All three homes are exceptionally kept, fully equipped, and ready to enjoy.
