The space: Historic 1958 Ranch House with three units.
You enter the house through a covered porch and direct entrance. There is a small table and chairs on the porch, for guests enjoyment.
The living room has a kitchenette and fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 50” ROKU tv. Please note the unit is a triplex and there are no shared spaces besides the hot tub, which may be shared between 4 other guests, please note ***access to hot tub, shared backyard space from this unit requires walking on sidewalk out front and around garage.

Our space accommodates up to 3 guests with a king-sized bed and a twin pullout. Long-term guests are always welcome, with ample storage, a dresser, and a closet to make you feel at home. Enjoy our private front door access and a dedicated parking spot, with the option to explore the shared hot tub area in the backyard.

**Clean and Safe**
We adhere to strict CDC cleaning guidelines, so you can enjoy a safe and spotless stay.

Guests share the front patio with another apartment, but the patio seating is yours to enjoy. A single space, off-street parking is reserved for you on a large concrete drive in the front of the house and is one space, the other is for another guest unit.

The community fee represents a 7% hotel tax required by the city of lubbock and any guest whether in a hotel or vacation rental is required to pay. Vrbo submits a 5% state of texas tax directly, which is the tax fee.

**Triplex Setup**
Our home is part of a triplex, offering three private units with separate entrances, kitchens, and bathrooms. The only shared area is the hot tub, which is located behind the garage and accessible through by walking on sidewalk and around the garage. For your comfort, we've soundproofed the rooms, but some noise may still be heard. Each bedroom is equipped with white noise machines to ensure peaceful sleep.
