We are 25 min from the Ark Encounter, 20 min from the Creation Museum, 25 min from Cincinnati Museum Center, 20 min from Down town and the Reds & Bengals, 35 min from Perfect North Ski resort, 20 min from Jane's Saddlebag, 20 min from Rabbit Hash country store, 15 min from Florence Y'alls, 30 min from Coney Island. Large 4 Bedroom, 3 bath home on a quiet residential cul-de-sac street. Freshly remodeled kitchen with everything brand new. Large fenced in back yard. Guest will have access to the full house except there will be no access to the basement or the garage.

We love the open space kitchen area. Because we have small children in our group, we eat at the house often. We are able to seat everyone and visit!

The rooms were all a nice size. There was plenty of seating in the living room. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of families. There were a number of people walking around the neighborhood with their children. Seemed very safe.

The property inside and out was aesthetically pleasing. The conveniences were accommodating, which included charging ports and plenty of towels, host was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay with lots of love and laughter.

Wonderful home

We loved this house. It was the perfect location for visiting The Ark, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo. My 4 year old loved the board games, and my 9 year old loved the foosball table. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great host and very clean!!

The house was so well organized and clean. The beds were comfortable. We were there during three of the hottest days so the upstairs became quite a bit warmer than the downstairs and we needed to lower the temperature. The host was very agreeable and lowered the temp via NEST thermostat. The neighborhood is very clean and well-kept. We were close to some great restaurants like First Watch. There is a host binder that lists restaurants and stars the ones they recommend. We learned the hard way with one place to trust their recommendations. They have a fan in each room that helps also on those hot days. We would stay again!

Beautiful home and great stay

This is a beautiful property and well maintained. The backyard was such a great space for kids to play. The owners/property manager checked in regularly to make sure we were doing well and made sure we had a baby gate to make sure the home was a safe place for our toddler. There was even a high chair available, something I didn't expect and was a huge perk. This is a great property for families. It is also the perfect distance between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was like a 27 minute drive to one and like a 25 minute to the other. A perfect location to enjoy both of these attractions.

Family Spring Break

This was a great house for my family and my sister's family to stay. We visited the Creation Museum and the Ark -- this was great driving distance to both. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it/we would stay there again.

Great Christmas stay!

We came to visit family for Christmasā€¦also went to the Ark and the zoo. Great accommodations, quiet, comfortable, close to everything! Weā€™ll definitely be back!

A great place to stay when visiting the Ark Experience or the Creation Museum.

We took a family getaway with the grandkids and had a great time at the property. It is well set up for kids with activities and a fun bunk room. The rooms were comfortable and attractively furnished. The location was perfect. The kitchen was adequately equipped but disorganized - container tops and bottoms in different cupboards, etc. The major issues were the air return vents being very dusty and the neighbor parking his work truck obstructing part of the driveway (which is pretty much out of the hosts control). The host was very easy to communicate with and overall it worked out great for us.

Great family venue, conveniently located!

Very family friendly, well maintained home. The location is convenient to Cincinnati, Louisville, and The Ark. Plenty of access to shopping and restaurants within minutes of the house. We highly recommend!!

3 generation Family vacation

This place was so clean! Very convenient to where we were spending most of our day (the ark encounter and the creation museum), this house was right in the middle which was great! They had games that we could use! My kids loved the connect four! Separate sitting space so I could nurse my infant and not be in front of my family. My infant actually stayed in the pack n play, that was provided, in the walk in master closet! Each room had a stand up fan! The children loved the bunk beds! Marvelous stay!

Please Read ~ Some Positives & Negatives

When we arrived we couldn't get in because last 4 #'s of cell phone were incorrect & needed help. The upstairs hall bathroom was not cleaned. Soap scum in bathtub as well as ceiling vent filthy. Master bathroom mirror was streaked as well as ceiling vent filthy. Drain in garden tub was rusted. Lite bulbs were shot in several places. For 8 people, not enough toilet paper. Asked to put towels in washer & start but no washing powder. Floor fan blades in rooms covered in dust. The biggest disappointment was when we entered house, there was a big stain on ceiling in living room. I don't know if Chris has crew to clean or he does it himself but a claim was filed against us for water damage. Prior to arriving, I received an email stating there were white square sensors on the floor in bathrooms to alert him of leakage. We did not mess with these so if there was a leak then why wasn't he notified. We are currently fighting this. With all the negative things said, we did have a good time and the house was accommodating but sometimes it's the little things that drive you nuts. Just be sure to take pictures if you see anything wrong.

Granting my momā€™s wish

We stayed to take my mom to Ark encounter and creation museum. Property perfect location between both and very close to grocery store and other amenities. The home was very beautiful and comfortably fit all 7 of us.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few obstacles, but they didnā€™t stop us from enjoying ourselves . The back landscaping was full of thistles, and the kitchen could have been stocked better: we only had 4 coffee mugs and the pans were not no-stick, so we spent way too much time cleaning them. The beds were comfortable, but several of the light fixtures and things in the bathrooms were starting to rust; perhaps there is a ventilation problem. Great location and safe neighborhood.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Home

The house had everything we needed and all the beds were so comfy! It was perfectly located between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, which was the reason for our trip. Highly recommend this home!

Great location

We visited the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house is located halfway between each and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It has a great location, and the house was nice to just relax and crash. Plus everyone had their own space that they could go relax in.
