If you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot for your next family reunion or large group, Sea La Vie is the perfect place to call home. Located in stunning Orange Beach, Alabama, this sprawling gulf-front home has ten bedrooms, eight-and-a-half-bathrooms and can accommodate a whopping 30 guests!

The first order of business when you arrive is to explore this beautiful home and claim your favorite bedroom. There’s no wrong choice! Each large room features flat-screen TVs with beautiful resort or Gulf views. Five of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms. One of the rooms is sure to feel like a summer camp adventure with four sets of bunk beds, making it a fun place for kids and kids at heart!

Feel free to spread out with two bonus rooms and two living rooms, each accommodating additional overnight guests as well as providing entertainment for everyone! Location was great, pool was bigger than average, best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced (actually had 30 coffee mugs!).I would recommend a new gas grill as the one located at the house was very old and dirty, Door hiding the propane tank actually not attached.A couple of house issues were present for a few days but mgmt company tried to fix…..applied discount when unable to.We would rent again.

Great property! Love the number of bathrooms and beds. Boardwalk to beach was so convenient. The pool worked! (we had a poor experience last year).

We had 28 family members staying. We all had a blast. However, the back siding door was so hard to open it took full strength of an adult to open and shut it. Maintenance came out to look at it, along with maybe 6 other issues. He was very kind and he did his best to make it slide better, but he said he would need to contact the owner to have a special door repair man come out to fix it. The door remained like that for the whole week. By the end of the week the handle had become loose from all of us trying to open it. The first floor "kitchen" had no kitchen supplies, (dishes, silverware, glasses or pots and pans). Also, no table to sit at. We didn't mind too much, but if you were planning on using it as a full functioning kitchen you might be a little disappointed. There were plenty of couches and chairs to sit around. The big kitchen table on the ground floor was great! The kitchen on the ground floor was very functional. The ice maker was great to have with all the people. Everyone said the beds were pretty good. The only thing, if you get cold they let you know you need to bring your own blanket. We drove so that wasn't a problem, but if you fly how are you going to pack a blanket! We were short one set of sheets in the bunkbeds so they drop some off along with a blanket. (?) The ocean was not clear at all if you are looking for sparkling water. The views were great! The pool was wonderfully. Everyone loved the pool.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I am very disappointed to have to write this review. We stayed here last year, and it was great. The only hiccup we had was the oven didn’t cook very fast. However, this year was a completely different story. For starters, the oven still didn’t work well. The wifi was trash. I’d connect to it, and it wouldn’t work. Other than that, there was no hot water. Come to find out, the two water heaters were in bad shape and one of them was condemned (meaning it didn’t work and needed to be replaced). They even said that it was leaking into some electrical wiring, which is hazardous. The other water heater was on its way to being condemned, but worked for the time we were there. However, it only worked for one side of the house. To top things off, there was water leaking in my bedroom from a can light directly under a bathtub on the floor above me. The water didn’t drip on me, but it dripped on the night stand right next to me. It’s easy to say that we will not be staying here again. I hated to post this review because we had such a great experience last year, but that’s the honest truth of our stay this time.

I do see that you reported these issues, and they were mentioned to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We do sincerely apologize that the water heater issues were not able to be addressed while you were in-house. We can confirm since your checkout, they have both been replaced and are working great. As for the other issues, we did have our property manager walk this unit after your checkout and can ensure that they have since been resolved. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We show that you were compensated for these issues and even though we know this does not fix them, we do hope this brought some joy back to you and your family. I hope you can provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals. We look forward to hosting you again in the future here on the Gulf Coast.
