This 1-bathroom studio comes with all the comforts of home (plus a little extra) to make sure you can make the most of your time. When it comes to outdoor activities, the possibilities are endless! Spend time on the water, hike PNW trails, or simply pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the view from the comfort of the hot tub. At the end of the day, cozy up around the fire pit, or watch a movie on the couch.

The Space:
It may only be a studio but the views are grand. Sweeping views of both the lake and mountains from inside and out are sure to delight.

There is nothing quite like spending time by the water, to relax and rejuvenate or have fun and play, or do a little of both. We have always loved spending time near the water and are thrilled to share this lakefront space with you. You’ll find everything you need for a great getaway, summer or winter.

In this charming studio, one spacious room accommodates all the living and sleeping spaces.

Sleeping/Living Specifics:
You’ll find a comfortable queen size bed, along with an open closet. A couch, coffee table, and TV make up a great little living room space accompanied by a round table and three chairs for your dining enjoyment.
(The couch does fold flat and can be used for an additional sleeping space for one adult or one -two small children - prior approval needed before booking.)

Kitchenette:
While a full oven and stove are not provided we’re confident you’ll find everything you need to whip up a good meal.

Dishes, silverware, and drink ware provided along with all the pots/pans/bowls/utensils you’d need, as well as a good selection of basic spices and olive oil.

Or course grilling on the BBQ is always a good, easy option as well.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
This property has two separate rental units. In addition to this studio, on site is a home that sleeps 8+ guests that may be occupied while you are there. That unit has its own separate porches, hot tub, and fire pit space.
The flat grassy space, beach (when water level allows) and dock are shared spaces for both units as well as the kayaks, canoe, and paddle board and other beachfront accessories. But there is plenty of space for all. The BBQ is also shared.

There are a lot of stairs on the property so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations.

4WD may be necessary in the winter.
