North Ave Ranch in bustling West Midtown is a newly renovated 4bd luxurious ranch home that comes with an expansive backyard featuring a beautiful deck, BBQ grill, games and more! Minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Tech and Atlanta Airport and close proximity to many more attractions! North Ave Ranch can sleep 8 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 12.

We accept pets on a case-by-case basis, guests bringing pets will be charged an extra $100 pet fee.

1. Kitchen Aid Gas Grill & Patio Gas Heater
Free to use. Complimentary, the tank may or may not have propane in it from prior renters, so to ensure you have propane, you should get a tank refill upon your arrival. Under NO circumstances should the Patio Heater Burner have any objects within 3 feet (wind may cause accidental fire).

2. We provide a Starter Kit that includes the following:
paper towels (2), toilet papers (2) in each bathroom, garbage bag in each garbage can, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cotton rounds/swabs in each bathroom, Dish soap and pod for the dishwasher, Detergent for the washing machine.

3. Weekly Trash and Recycling Pick Up
Trash & Recycling is picked up between 7 and 8 am on Tuesdays. If you are staying through Tuesday, please roll the trash/recycling can out front by the mailbox Monday night for disposal.

4. We do allow events on a case-by-case basis and will charge a nominal fee. If you are hosting a birthday, graduation, etc. please let me know for arrangements (e.g. tables, tents, etc.)

5. We accept pets on a case-by-case basis, guests bringing pets will be charged an extra $100 pet fee. The lawn is treated regularly, please let me know so I can schedule lawn maintenance around your furry friends.

Longer stays:
If you are staying a week or longer, we offer 20% off the rates. If you are staying a month or longer, we offer 40% off the rates.

Large Group? There is a phenomenal 5 Star property directly in front of this home that sleeps 10. Please reach out if you need the additional space for your group.
