All the comforts of home in a tranquil setting. Boat ramp, marina, golf, off-roading within minutes. One bedroom suite downstairs, with a 2nd full bath with a stand up shower down. A second Queen bed in the open upstairs loft. Full kitchen (NO Dishwasher), with microwave, stove and oven, full sized fridge, and Keurig for coffee. Fast wifi. Outdoor seating and firepit.

We were there for three nights. We loved the coziness of the cabin. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt secure. We appreciated that we could bring our dog. One evening we saw and heard a turkey, a rooster, ducks and ducklings, chickens, and about six deer. The property is beautiful with many trees and a bit of the lake visible from the porch. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful 4 weeks. The house was very comfortable especially the beds! All though the weather was unseasonably hot (so we were told), the air conditioning kept the house cool.We had a couple of glitches but they were all solved with a text to the owner. We very much enjoyed the daily visits from the deer, the gray squirrels and the various birds. We fell in love with the area and added some great new friends.

Tournament fishing trip

Great house great location very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and well supplied. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay at Kentucky lake.

Absolutely perfect place for R&R!

Absolutely loved our week in this beautiful cabin! It is fairly new and everything is so well thought out, I will hope to stay here again! The host was always responsive and we loved the dining suggestions!!

Clean & comfy

This little cabin is fabulous! The beds were comfortable and the couch and loveseat both recline! I loved not having to wash linens or take out trash because the hosts want us to relax!

Great getaway

My family and I had a great time on our long weekend trip. The cabin is clean and well stocked with non perishables that we needed. There were frequently deer in the clearing outside the cabin and the two dog leads outside the cabin were great to let our dog get out some energy. My only complaint about the location is that the lake is really not accessible; you can see it but it gets muddy as you try and get close to the water so there is no easy lake access on foot.

Awesome!!

We had a very relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. We slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed spending time outdoors on the patio watching the deer. Wish we had a longer stay, but definitely hope to return!

Our Great Anniversary

We had the best time at this cozy and comfortable country cottage. You have view of the Kentucky Lake and nature all around you. There are great neighbors and great restaurants nearby. My wife and I enjoyed our time out of the hustle and bustle of the city. You will get your money’s worth when you stay here.

Relaxing privacy

My family and I were in the area to attend a wedding at Sandy Creek Farms. We chose the beautiful Red Cabin because it looked so nice in the pictures, it was close to the wedding venue and the owner allows a pet. We couldn't be more pleased. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The niegborhood is quiet but not secluded. Several resturants are near by as well as a country store/gas station. Unfortunatly the wedding plans kept us too busy to fully enjoy the cottage experiance. We hope to come back one day. Thank you to the owners for making the process smooth and easy.

Beautiful Place with a beautiful view!

I found the property to be just as shown in the pictures and as in the description. It was very pretty and unique. Clean and well-stocked. I slept like a rock, seriously, that bed was SO comfortable! The view of the lake was gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Hosts were super responsive to a few questions I had and one issue which was resolved in good time in 6 degree weather!!! That's SERVICE! I loved this place & highly recommend.

READ THIS REVIEW!

This place is beautiful! We were astounded with the attention to every detail. Very comfortable beds, lovely outdoor area, extremely clean, and all the comforts of home! We sat outside in the morning and drank coffee while watching hummingbirds, and deer. The hosts were very accessible and easy to work with. It’s in a cute, quiet, “beachy” neighborhood, but when you step in the house it feels like you are all alone. My favorite part was you don’t have to clean up before you leave! We loved everything about this house! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Nice cabin

We really liked the cabin. Very clean and tidy. The bed was a little uncomfortable for our liking. Location was a little hard to find but all in all very satisfied with our stay. The owner responded promptly, but VRBO website is not very user friendly.

Quaint Getaway

I stayed here with my husband while we attended a nearby wedding. The house was perfect for what we needed and we even got the chance to sit on the patio and watch some deer in the backyard. Highly recommend!
