We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken. No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy. Please do not place trash on the back porch.
