Gold Cart, Pool, Near Beach, Game Room!

Welcome to Gulf Splash in the new and beautiful North WindMark Beach community, this home is less than 100 steps to the pool! Gulf Splash includes a 6-seater golf cart! This prime-location house sits between the charming towns of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation. WindMark Beach offers all of the amenities you could want on vacation - private beach accesses, bike trails, walking path boardwalks, a large zero-entry pool that is heated in the winter months, and a quaint downtown. No boats are allowed on the property.

Gulf Splash is a one-story, open-floor plan house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sits near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the newly constructed North end of WindMark Beach. This new construction house has a fully equipped kitchen for you to plan all of your vacation meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The house is tastefully decorated in modern yet comfortable decor. For more fun at Gulf Splash, head into the garage-turned Game Room for some fun, or grab the beach cart and chairs and head to the white sand at WindMark Beach. * The pool next to the house isn't heated, the pool over at the Village Center is! The pool near the house has a boardwalk from it to the beach.

-Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 -Primary suite with king bed, ceiling fan, wifi smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout) walk-in closet, and attached en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and water closet.

-Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2- Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet, and dresser.

-Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2-Queen bed with smart Roku TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), closet and storage cabinet

-Bedroom 4: Sleeps 4- Bunk room with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. Guests in this room will also enjoy a smart Roku TV mounted on the wall (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout)

-Bathroom 1: Primary bathroom is located in the primary suite. This bathroom consists of a water closet, double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. Basic toiletries are provided along with linens and towels.

-Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and single vanity. Basic toiletries are provided along with linens and towels.

- Living Room: Sofa, loveseat, chair, and wifi smart Roku TV, ceiling fan, card games, and board games (located inside the TV console).

- Dining area: seating for 8 at the stone top table and 4 additional seats are located at the kitchen island.

-Kitchen: fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances, a toaster, blender, crockpot, coffee maker with coffee, first aid kit (in the pantry) pots, pans, cookie sheets, fire extinguisher (under sink) and a starter kit including trash bag, dish soap, paper towel and dish towels.

-Laundry area: New washer and dryer with a starter pack of laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets, rechargeable vacuum, beach towels and step ladder.

Garage

Our garage has been converted into a game room with its own air conditioning/heating unit. Please park in the driveway. We have skee ball, full-size air hockey, bubble hockey, table, and chairs for 4 people.
-6 cruiser bikes, 3 bike locks and 6 helmets
-4 beach chairs
-2 boogie boards, and Beach towels located in laundry room

THINGS TO KNOW
*The pool by the house is completed and there is a community pool available at the Windmark Village too. This is about 2 miles from Gulf Splash, you can rent a golf cart and take it there on the path by the beach!
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Garbage bin outside - if you are staying on a Monday night, please put the bin near the road as trash pickup day is Tuesday early morning.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the FBgroup "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
