Unique and spacious, this lodge boasts a giant great room with a two-story fireplace and ample comfortable seating, all in front of a massive bank of windows to enjoy the view of the Black Hills. You will love the spacious kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to gather with a 14-foot island and a 12-foot-long table! You’ll find all the amenities you
could hope for, including two ovens, two coffee pots, a massive amount of fridge space and plenty of storage. Outdoors on the covered deck there are 2 large BBQ grills, a cast iron griddle, and patio table and chairs!

The oversized heated garage will also become a favorite gathering space since it is well stocked with a bar table, tools for keeping your rigs on the trails, outdoor games and an oversized double door display fridge.

Your group will surely enjoy the upstairs game room with its generous bar area, arcade space, and game table. The patio doors lead out to the unique rooftop lounge above the garage with amazing views and comfortable seating. Another place to spread out is in the lower-level walk-out with an additional family room and a kids’ play area.

Another great outdoor area is in the backyard where you can enjoy the fire-pit area, the hot-tub, and a table for gathering to enjoy nature! Both young and old alike will enjoy the Giant Backyard Pong game area! Guests are also welcome to use the two outdoor pools and the community clubhouse at the PHP entrance.

Overlook Trailhead Lodge also boasts custom furniture galore, two laundry rooms, a treadmill with views, a unique backyard area, and plenty of space for vehicles and trailers to park.
