Step into a bright and airy open-concept living space, where you can relax on cozy seating and stream your favorites on the smart TV. The area flows seamlessly into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Your group will have plenty of room to spread out and rest comfortably. The home features:
• Four Bedrooms: Each room offers plush beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the main suite with its own smart TV, are conveniently located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor.
• Family-Friendly Fun: We cater to our youngest guests with a Pack 'n play/travel crib, baby safety gates, board games, and children's books and toys.
• Work-From-Home Ready: Business travelers will appreciate the dedicated workspace and blazing-fast Wi-Fi (384 Mbps), ensuring a productive stay.
• Outdoor Living: Unwind on the furnished covered patio in the fully fenced backyard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing evening.

The Location:
Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, you’ll have access to the nearby community park and pool. Just a short drive from downtown and major attractions, it’s the ideal blend of tranquility and accessibility.

• 15 minutes to downtown
• 10 minutes to UT
• 20 minutes to South Congress
• 15 minutes to the Domain

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring your privacy and comfort.

The pool is a community pool about a half mile from the house. A key fob, which will be at the home for guests to use, will be required for access.
• Pool hours: 6am to 9:30pm Sun to Thur, 6am to 10pm on Sat
• Pool open: Typically from the first half of march March through the second half of October.

Next to the pool is a community playscape and dog park (aslo requires the key fob).
