Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

šŸ’³ Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.

We stayed with our family for 6 days. Everything was great. Did have to call to get bottom area cleaned up, some one showed up and did a very poor job. This needs to be cleaned better. The inside of house was very nice, but kitchen cabinets and drawers need a deep clean. It was nice but for the price, we will stay in a different house next time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Home is absolutely beautiful, weā€™ll stocked and close to the beach. I would recommend getting a crockpot for the house - We like putting on meals in the AM to be able to eat when we return from the beach. Will stay again and recommend to others!

Amazing!

We have stayed at a lot of different places...THIS was my absolute favorite house we have been to. I love the setup, super clean and had everything we needed. This property is a must for a beach getaway. Communication was great and the owner always had a quick response to all my questions. This house is great, and I highly recommend a stay here!

This home is simply beautiful. It comes equip with everything you need to make your stay pleasurable. The host are amazing with excellent customer service and will take care of any issues promptly. A few FYI things bring mosquito spray and also you can drive on beach but if your not in truck I dont recommend it because the sand is very loose and alot of vehicles where getting stuck. But back to the Tipsy Pelican the home is extremely nice and family friendly. It is definitely a 5 star home.

Not what I expected

We arrived about 20/30 minutes early so I text the host to see if we could go in early. So while we waited for a response we checked out the hot tub and the outdoor furniture and games. The top for the hot tub was off and it was really dirty. I text the host again and ask to get a call asap. He did respond and he had someone there within a few minutes to clean it out and refill it. All of the outdoor furniture was filthy and pilled in and around the outdoor bar area. The entire outdoor area was dirty. Beer caps everywhere on the floor, trash still in the cans and a trash sack hanging by the bar full of trash the garage was really nasty too. The golf cart was dirty. The wheel looked as if it was going to fall off. It was not full of gas and the gas jug had a hole in it. All the beach items were extremely dirty. We go upstairs to the house and the front glass door was dirty. The house is beautiful but there were some cleaning issues. The host was very apologetic and offered to get someone to come clean it. Other than the cleaning issues it was a nice place to stay. There wasn't any wash cloths or dish cloths. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and maybe a cutting board. The beds were comfortable. The blinds are a see thru bamboo type so a lot of light comes in. They do provide eye mask but we didn't use them. The mosquitos are everywhere outside and inside. Hopefully they will invest in a mosquito spraying system. Overall we did have a great time

Beautiful place!

My family (adult children with spouses and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed beach house. We had almost everything we needed except for some baking dishes, which luckily we brought from home. All of the adults have advanced degrees but it took the engineer in the group to figure out where to put the water in the coffee maker.

Perfect Family Vacation

What a fantastic rental beach house! Everything was super clean and we had all we needed. Communication was great and they even called me on the way there to make sure we didnā€™t have any trouble accessing the rental! We had my sons and their families and was kid friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with everything you need! Spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all you need for a getaway! Short walk to the beach. My kids loved playing kitchen in the built in lemonade stand. We spent every evening in the bar area while the kiddos played. Beds are comfy and loads of room. We will definitely be back!

Great property! Really enjoyed our stay. Only small suggestion would be to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. It got pretty hot and stagnant at night but otherwise great. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Cabin

This Cabin was stunning and so high end with everything from appliances to the decor. We spend every single birthday at the beach with our daughter. This stay was her 17th birthday and hands down the best rental thus far. Plenty of space and extremely comfortable beds! Loved it!

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner even thought to include dishes and utensils for younger kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Stacy responded quickly and was a very nice lady. I would book here again for sure!

Gorgeous Getaway

This beach rental exceeded expectations! The layout and use of space was perfect, plenty of beds to accommodate a large crowd, nice large deck. It was a super close walk to the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was gorgeous! The only things I could recommend having would be ceiling fans and/or floor fans and access to beach chairs/toys (I unfortunately did not have room to pack my own in the car). The home was also fully stocked with necessities, which was nice if I had forgotten to bring something. Will definitely plan to rent again :)

Our family loved staying here. The house is well equipped, spotless and felt like home. We really enjoyed the bar area, smoker, and closeness to the beach. The property manager was wonderful to work with. The check in process was easy and smooth. I would recommend staying here to anybody!

This was our first experience renting a vacation home in Crystal Beach and this home was simply amazing! We were extremely happy with our choice. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was gorgeous and we had everything we needed to prepare meals.
