Welcome to the essence of a beach cottage! This beachy four bedroom, three bath cottage has everything you want your beach rental to have. A large screen porch to kick back and relax in. This space lets you hear the ocean waves and feel the low country breezes! Multiple decks to relax on. A beach boardwalk is just out your door and has you feeling the sand between your toes after a short stroll. You can even swing into the afternoon on the old fashion swing hanging from your cottage. This is the perfect spot to create wonderful memories with family and friends and your two dogs!
Head up the front stairs and into the screen porch. You have both a dining and living area greeting you. Gather around the large table for meals or family game night, plenty of room for 8! Relax on the sectional sofa or rockers and chat about the day or curl up with a good beach read. Head inside to the great room. The main living areas of the home have hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and shiplapped walls. The great room has French doors separating this room from the screen porch. A large sectional has plenty of seating for the whole gang. There is a Smart TV for watching those shows you can't miss! On the back side of this room is the indoor dining area and kitchen. Off the kitchen is a back deck with steps leading down to the beach boardwalk. The perfect spot to sip a cold beverage while grilling out. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for family meals to be prepared. The large dining table has seating for eight.
On the left side of the house are two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds, carpeted floors and wall mounted Smart TVs. One of the bedrooms has access to a small side deck. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower. An additional full hall bath with shower is on the side of the home. On the right side of the house is an additional guest room featuring a queen and one twin beds, carpeted floor, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV and access to a side deck. The Primary ensuite bedroom has a King bed, carpeted floor, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart TV and access to the side deck. The private primary bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use.
The ground level of the cottage has split covered parking for two cars. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. The kids will enjoy the swing to play on! This cottage is dog friendly for up to (2) pups with additional pet fees per dog to apply.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
