About this space
Enjoy your time in Trinidad, CO while staying in this adorable 2 bedroom house built in 1916. Newly remodeled, this 420 and pet-friendly Trinidad home features speedy wifi, king bed, full/twin bunk bed, kitchen, fenced in yard & private courtyard with outside dining & firepit (and an AWESOME mural). Whether enjoying the evening, entertaining Fido or enjoying a few puffs of your favorite smoke, the courtyard is a great place to chill. Cannabis is OK in home, Tobacco outside only. 2PM check in!

MURAL: Our Tribute to Trinidad mural was inspired by Simpson’s Rest. Artist Ripley La Rue Healey from Austin, TX created the mural. We drove her to the top of Simpson’s Rest where she was able to do a 360 shot which provided the general outline of the mountains you see in the mural.
COFFEE/INFO TABLE:
This unique and yet functional piece was created by local artist Trinidad Trash, I love coffee and who doesn’t need info about what’s going on around town? This beverage behemoth offers drip coffee, electric kettle, coffee bean grinder, French press, coffee beans, ground coffee, and various brochures/fliers from around town. Want one of these beauties for yourself? Various art pieces (each unique) are available for purchase at local gift shop Trinidad Trends.
420 FRIENDLY:
Legal (21 and up) cannabis users/smokers are welcome to partake both inside and outside of the home.
PET-FRIENDLY:
We accept pets with a $50 non-refundable fee (covers up to 2 pets).
If bringing pets, please be sure to IINCLUDE PETS on your reservation so that we can arrange for appropriate cleaing and provide supplies.
The yard is fenced and offers a pet potty area to the right of the walkway. We also provide a pet water and food dish for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house minus the basement and backyard. Guests can enjoy the front porch, the fenced-in yard and your own private courtyard as well as the main part of the house.

When making reservation, please be sure to put an accurate number of guests and if bringing pets, please provide an accurate number for those as well.
There is a once-per-stay $50 non-refundable fee for pets. Up to 2 pets are accepted and both are covered with that fee.
Accurate numbers allow us to provide appropriate linen counts and other supplies (including dog bowls) during your stay so that you can kick back and enjoy our adorable small town.
