Charming 10 acre property and home near Hermann Mo's wine country.

The home provides 2 bedrooms and restroom on main level and 6 additional beds in the 2nd story loft area.

Surrounded by farmland, 4K Ranch provides a true getaway from the hustle of everyday life. The scenic views, privacy and amenities make our home perfect for couples, solo adventurers and families. Did we mention a private art/play studio for the kids?!

Come stay, explore and relax at 4K Ranch.

The space
Property: 10 acre property with trail system and additional outdoor amenities including large fire pit with ample seating, picnic tables, propane BBQ grill, basketball, corn hole and other outdoor games, disc golf target and more!

Art/Play Studio: Stocked with art supplies (paper, markers, paint, paint brushes, etc.) books, doll house, toys and outdoor games.

Brand new recreation and bar area inside pole barn! Amenities include a bar with mini fridge, picnic table, darts, ping pong and TV with Fire Stick.

Home

Front Porch (West facing): Porch swing and bistro table.

South Porch: Two rocking chairs to take in the neighboring farm/valley views.

Sunroom (East facing): Large picnic table to be used as additional eating and/or entertainment space.

Kitchen: Stocked with all common kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, utensils, etc.

Dining area: seating for 7 + high chair if needed.

Coffee/Tea: coffee, tea, filters, creamer, sugars etc. provided.

Living Room: Ample seating and storage provided

Primary bedroom (main floor): King size bed, dresser, ironing board/iron, full length mirror and laundry hamper. (pack 'n play available with mattress and linens)

2nd bedroom (main floor): Double size bed, dresser and full length mirror.

3rd bedroom (2nd floor loft area): This space is unique in that there are 5 single beds on the east side of the loft and 1 double sized bed on the west side of the loft.

Bathroom: the only bathroom is located on the main level and includes general amenities such as toilet, sink and shower, hand soap, lotion, toilet tissue, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, towels, etc.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, art studio/play room and the 10 acre property.

Guests should not enter neighboring property to the north, neighbor's pond, deer stands, or locked pole barn.

Great stay with lots of fun space!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. The property was perfect distance from Hermann and had tons of fun spaces! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Such a cute and quaint house. We loved the barn with games and especially loved the firepit! Kyle was a wonderful host. He was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. This was a perfect place for a friends trip. We rode the trolly to town and enjoyed all the stops for Octoberfest. Thanks for hosting us!

Absolutely beautiful property. It has absolutely everything you need. Their communication was amazing and quick. It was great being able to have the trolly pick us up from the front door and take us to the wineries, the bar barn offered an amazing, big area for a large group to hang out and had so many fun games! Will absolutely be staying here again.

Our stay at 4k was great! The amenities were a treat and it was perfectly located. Within 20 minutes, you can get to all of the great spots Hermann, MO has to offer. The upstairs loft area has some steep stairs. I would recommend bringing a childs gate if you have little ones who will be sleeping up there. Would highly recommend a visit here! Wonderful Stay!

We had a bachelorette group stay here, it was perfect! The trolley was able to come pick us up at the house and back home after all the winery stops. Lots to do in town or lots to do on the property. Great for family or large groups. Only downside was having only one bathroom, but we made it work!

A little slice of farm heaven

This farm was the perfect getaway for my family of 5, nephew, and parents. The outdoor activities were endless, and coffee on the porch swing, s’mores over the fire, and hearing the neighboring cows made the weekend so relaxing. The hosts have really thought of everything and there wasn’t a single thing missing from their home. Already looking on when we can come back!

Quiet and clean!

This place is perfect! Nice and quiet. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Lots of room to eat and gather. Very peaceful. We were able to make a family picture in the little craft room. Owners were attentive and responsive.

Bachelorette Trip

This place was awesome. The hosts were very communicative and they even put out little gift baskets for us and for the bride! The house is close enough to downtown that the trolley could pick us up and take us back to the house. The golden hour sunsets were beautiful off the back porch. Could not recommend enough.

Great family get away! Family Fun For All!

We stayed at 4K Ranch over this past Memorial Day weekend. The property was great for our family retreat. It was exceptionally clean! Plenty of fun family things to do, even on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Kyle and Kellie, our hosts, we great to deal with and made every effort to make sure our stay was the best it could be. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit. Thank you Kyle and Kellie for the memories made!

Amazing Stay check it out we will be going back!

What wasn’t there to love about this property? The peaceful surroundings. The close proximity to the wedding venue Little Piney Lodge and Hermann. There was enough room for all of us and there was great attention paid to details. Super clean and comfortable, even a welcome basket with an assortment of snacks. The outdoor fire pit is a must. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Girls Weekend Place

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little gem. Our favorite parts were being able to enjoy coffee on the porch with the cool fall air, crafts in the second little house and being close to Hermann without being so close with the craziness of Octoberfest. The owners were super responsive and so kind. Kellie was a joy to chat with! 10 out of 10

Girl’s Weekend

It was such a beautiful location and place for our 1st Annual Girl’s Weekend. The hospitality and responsiveness of the owners was top notch. The house was perfect in every way and we could not stop saying how much we loved being there. Waking up to the views of the farm land and cows right next door was amazing. It was such a lovely time and we are telling everyone we know about 4K ranch! Thank you again for such a wonderful weekend. We all loved your place! The basket of goodies when we first walked in very much set the tone for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Peaceful

Three adult women stayed here for a "girls weekend". We ventured into Hermann during the day and enjoyed the peaceful countryside in the evening. Due to the rain, we didn't get to explore the 10 acres much but we very thrilled with the house, art shed, party barn, and fire pit. This would be a fantastic place to take families as they provide toys and such for the littles, and a lot of space to roam and enjoy nature. The house is a very cute farm house that they have obviously put a lot of upgrades to and suited us just fine. The hosts are very friendly, responsive and just plan easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will keep it in mind for future trips to the area.Cindy, Gin and Kris

WONDERFUL!!

We booked this home for my daughters 30th bday weekend. When we arrived, they had Happy Birthday signs in the yard and in the home with an amazing welcome basket with snacks, wine, tiara and birthday card for her. They are the best hosts ever! The house is more stocked than anywhere I have ever stayed. You know how you usually get to a place and start making a list of what you need to get for your stay? Not here! It's that great! Just bring groceries and a toothbrush/toothpaste. That's it! And it's adorable! You won't regret booking this place!

Our home sits on 10 private acres of land and is surrounded by charming valley/farm views. Whether you've booked for relaxation or entertainment we hope to have a little something for everyone at 4K Ranch.

Some of our favorite amenities include: Updated interior finishes, private walking trails, scenic views and outdoor games/activities such as disc golf, pickle ball, corn hole, basketball, etc. We also provide free firewood for the outdoor firepit!
