We had such a wonderful trip! The house was beautiful and provided a ‘home away from home’ experience. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location was perfect and minutes away from a lot of great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The home on Diamond drive was clean, the beds were comfy, the bedrooms were spacious and home was well stocked with things you may need for a comfortable stay. Home is located near shopping and restaurants and is not too far from Interstate 20 to facilitate easy access for travel.The owners were responsive and accommodating of all my requests and questions. We were happy to see a high chair as we were traveling with my 21 month old granddaughter. Our occasion for travel was a sad one but the welcoming atmosphere of this home gave us a degree of peace.Should the need arise, I would pick this home again.

We were really disappointed with this stay and would not book here again.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property did not match the listing. The neighborhood felt very different from what was described—there were bars on many of the surrounding businesses which made it feel uncomfortable and unfamiliar for our out of town group. We had expected a more welcoming and accessible area based on the listing.The rental itself was also a letdown. It felt dingy and not properly cleaned. Baseboards were dusty, carpet and couch stained, the overall condition seemed worn down, and it just didn’t feel fresh or cared for. This made it hard to feel we could relax or feel comfortable during our stay. We understand that not every stay will be perfect, but accurate descriptions and basic cleanliness are a minimum. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark on both. We would recommend that the host update the listing to better reflect the actual conditions, neighborhood and invest in a thorough cleaning. After reaching out with our concerns re: safety and the cleanliness, they did offer to come and do a deep cleaning however, at that point we did not feel that a deep clean would be able to make us feel safe & take care of the worn/dirty state. We did not check in fully, and messaged, and kindly asked for a partial refund, which was declined. Poor communication from the owner after we reached out with concerns.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify the facts of this reservation for our future guests. The guest messaged us 48 hours after their scheduled arrival to request a full refund. As hosts who consistently maintain 10/10 ratings for cleanliness and safety, we offered an immediate deep cleaning and even offered a partial refund if we could rebook the nights. These offers were declined. It is disappointing that a negative review was used as a tool to demand a refund outside of the established cancellation policy. We remain committed to providing the high-quality, clean, and safe experience our past guests have always enjoyed.

PERFECT FOR BIG FAMILIES!!

This house was beautiful inside and out! The location was great, perfect actually especially if you’re traveling with kids. Epic Waters (indoor water park) was about 6 minutes away, Slick City Action Park about 10-15 minute drive which is also close to Parks Mall. The house was located near plenty of restaurants, Walmart, etc. I would definitely book this house again, loved it!

Fantastic family vacation!

We were very pleased with our choice! The host was awesome and communicative. Great location near the AT & T stadium among other sites. Lots of places to go out for food close by. I will definitely look up this location should we return.

My family stayed here for my daughter's graduation and the property was perfect! The living room and kitchen were spacious, and we had plenty of room to hang out. The bedrooms were large and the beds were super comfy. The owner was very attentive during our stay. Definitely book here with confidence!
