This is a first floor 1- bedroom condo for 1-2 people. There are 16 steps up to unit. There is a security fee of $150.00 for door key and security gate keycard; it is refundable after confirmation from cleaners that keys were left in condo after stay. The grounds are nicely manicured and security gate for entry and exit. There is a fire pit area with a wall fountain, tennis court, pickleball and basketball area Unfortunately no pets allowed and only people listed on VRBO reservation are allowed on complex per association rules. There is no smoking in condo or by pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub always clean and has direct access to Lake Erie. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and the sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. During summer months Wed-Sat on Madison Street there are free live bands and drinks and food that you could purchase as you sit on picnic tables listening to the music. Five minute drive to board the Jet Express that will take you to Put in Bay, Kelleys Island. Miller Ferry is a fifteen minute drive and you can go to Middle Bass Island. Relax, Enjoy family and friends and lay on the beach! Going to Cedar Point, Marblehead, Camp Perry or working at Perry Power Plant this condo is a close drive to all! There is no fishing allowed on complex or cleaning of fish but you could do a fishing charter or go downtown to Jefferson Street and fish. There are no discounts during peak season May through Sept.
