Amazing! The unit was top notch. If you look at other units in these buildings, none of them are updated like this one. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The tile master shower was very nice. The water pressure was perfect. Call me old…..but those things matter to us, ha! The beach is very close to the unit. The hot tubs were always up to temperature and covered with a solar blanket when not being used. There are very nice beach chairs to take to the beach. There were umbrellas as well. This unit has everything. The host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to messages. The temperature in the unit was easily controlled. If you plan to stay in the area, I would book this place 10 out of 10 times.

The property was wonderful and well stocked! It is conveniently located to Main Street and the property owner gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants which we will able to take advantage of. We will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful. 2 pools, one oceanfront. Condo has everything you need including beach chairs, boogie boards. It has it all. Kitchen has everything you need & then some. Screened porch with a swing. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying there again

The property was great! We were able to walk everywhere. The beach access is right across the street which was really nice, and the 2 pools were super convenient!

Amazing!!

We have stayed in several condos at this location....However, this was the best condo by far! Updated furnishings and decor, comfortable bedding, furnished kitchen and beach essentials! ThanksKatelyn!

Comfy Beach Retreat with Amazing Amenities

The condo was clean, lovely and very cozy. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy as well. My kids loved the access to the multiple pools and the pickleball courts. We loved walking to get ice cream every night and the beach was just steps away. Our hostess could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We will absolutely be back!

Family wedding

The host was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive to any questions or issues that I messaged her about. I would definitely recommend staying with her.

Katelyn's pride in this condo comes shining through. It has been remodeled to a tee. The beds are very comfortable. The appliances are all up to date. I loved the waterfall faucets and shower heads. This is the first unit I have stayed in that had all the cabinets labeled. It was easy to find and put up items. Attention to detail was fantastic. This is the best unit at Tilghman's. 5 star unit!!!!

The Best Family Trip

This was our first time visiting North Myrtle Beach, and luckily we found Katelyn’s place which was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The property is located centrally to all the stores and restaurants. You are literally within a five minute drive to Publix, Aldi, Walmart, etc. I needed a delicious cake because we were celebrating my twin sons birthday, and Katelyn’s suggestion of Butter & Whisk made my boys smile from ear to ear. We stopped in again on the last day before we left to get some more of their Rice Krispies Treats for the road. I cannot say enough about how great Katelyn was to communicate with, and how incredibly helpful she was in making sure our trip was pure perfection. It is the little things that made this place stand out from the rest :like the unexpected but very much appreciated toiletries that were placed in every bathroom, the beach wagon thoughtfully provided with chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the kids. Our favorite part was the breathtaking beach which we walked to every day( simply cross a street and you are there!). My kids favorite: the two outdoor pools that you have access to when you are staying at the property. My boys spent most of their time there didn’t want to leave. We will all cherish priceless memories made here, and if these walls could talk they would tell you about all the laughter and funny stories that were shared around the dining table, and the yummy food made in that gorgeous kitchen!!!
