Beautiful, resort like Mediterranean style 5000 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms* and 5 baths, on a half acre lot in a lovely pocket neighborhood. This property boasts an exquisite back yard with pool and spa, gas grill and bar and outdoor gas fireplace, perfect for fun and relaxation! The courtyard has a beautiful large stone table with large cushioned chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. The magnificent indoor bar/game room has a large pool table and table space to enjoy plenty of games (provided). Plenty of space to spread out and come together as a family/group of friends!!! :)
Note: Chair turns into twin sofa bed and luxury airbeds are available to accommodate larger groups.

Enjoy a large and spacious fully equipped Kitchen for home cooked meals and kick back in the large but cozy Family Room furnished with a huge comfy L-shape sofa and double size side chair. A fun and spacious Entertainment/Game Room, with beautiful bar and pool table provide hours of fun! The Master Suite has a large 50' flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The Master Bath boasting Egyptian limestone has a Roman style shower, soak in tub and a television. There are large flat screen televisions throughout house with cable and access to all your aps. The televisions in the Master Bedroom and Family Room have surround sound. A full sound system throughout the house, including the back yard makes it easy to enjoy music from anywhere and everywhere. Just upload the Sonos ap on your cell phone and you'll be able to listen to your playlists, spotify, pandora, etc., all wireless! :)

Enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful home or take excursions to attractions and places nearby. We have many beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, Playa Del Rey and Malibu) within 30 mins to 45 minutes drive. Other beaches, such as Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach are about an hour away. Amusement Parks such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are an hour away, while Magic Mountain and Roaring Rapids are about 20 minutes away. Museums and Downtown LA are about 30-40 minutes away. Many fine restaurants and shops about 10 minutes away. The house is minutes from the 405, 101, and 118 Freeways.

*There is a 6th bedroom with a queen size bed that is available upon request, which can be available at an additional $125 per night.

**The pool is heated by a pool cover during the Summer months (June, July and August) and usually is between 82 and 84 degrees. All other seasons, the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for the following additional costs:
April, May, October, November - $295 for first day and $95 each additional day. Winter: December, January, February and March - $375 for the first day and $105 each additional day.
Heating the spa is complimentary during the Summer (June, July, August). It costs $85 per day all other months.
