Splendid vaccations in Condado!

Fabulous condo with ocean view right in the middle of Condado! Perfect for two people. Located in a very nice and safe neighborhood close to great restaurants (a lot of variety), bars and casinos. The condo is very clean with quality furniture and supplies. We highly recommend the place to anyone. Michael (owner) and Maritza are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed two weeks and could take easily longer!

Great location! Great view! Comfortable, clean, safe, and convenient.

Exceeded expectations. Luxuriously appointed apartment with all the amenities of home. Generously equipped for indoor/outdoor entertainment and activities. Michael and Maritza were wonderful hosts and ensured we had a fantastic stay. I will stay with them again. They made our reservation, rental and check-out process extremely easy. I would never consider staying in a hotel again.

Awesome Property!

This property is actually better than the pictures can show! Its a spacious one bedroom unit and the owner has stocked the place with everything that you will need and all of the comforts of home. It's very clean, bright and the views are awesome too! The location is excellent with quick access to the beach and all of the local stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. We met the owner and he was very welcoming and comforting and even checked on us the next day to make sure we were happy! We will return and we will stay here again!

This condo has it all!

We loved our vacation in San Juan and so much of it was because of this wonderful condo. Absolutely best location in Condado, everything is just as it is pictured. Maritza picked us up at the airport and even took time for us to go to the market. She was so helpful - a friend at first meeting! Very clean and extremely comfy. Condado stay

We spent four nights In beautiful condado puerto rico. We stayed in this lively space in Ashford. I would definitely recommend anyones stay. You get the feeling that your staying in a five star hotel. The ocean views are exceptional. This space fulfills all necessary needs for a great vacation. Most of all it is extremely clean. (This was very important for us ). It's minutes away from the beach and lagoon. We did our laundry before leaving which was great. Michael and Maritza helped maximize our stay. Anything we needed they were a phone call away. We will be sure to return on our next visit

Loved our stay!,....

The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and well kept. It was great for two people and has a futon if you need additional sleeping arrangements. Since the building is oceanfront, the balcony has a wonderful full facing view of the beach. I especially enjoyed sunrises and the beautiful colors. No worry about safety. The location in excellent; it is easy to get anywhere on the island (Old San Juan about 10 minutes by car) and there are multiple dining options close by. If you prefer to travel by bus, the bus stop is right outside the building. Michael is very attentive. Easy and secure reservation process by credit card. I will definitely go back and stay here again.

Great Place

I went to San Juan by myself and was somewhat apprehensive about renting a place on-line. However, what you see on the photos is what you're going to find. What you cannot see is how clean and comfortable the bed, pillows, bed clothing and towels are. The location is great and very close to the beach, places to eat and starbucks. The best things for me were the unexpected pluses, the owner Michael was great with information about nightclubs I should go to and his aunt was just amazing. She picked me up from the airport (and my flight was delayed), took me to the super-market and showed me around the neighborhood. I had a great time and do hope to go back.

Amazing Location! The beach ocean vie is excellent

So much to say!! Michael is on point he knows how to treat his guests his condo was clean, had all the amenities, and beautiful. Maritza his aunt also wonderful picked me up from the airport and took me to the super market she treats you like family šŸ’œ. The condo had everything I needed. The bed was Very comfortable. Very safe location and easy access to condo. The kitchen and bathroom let me tell you you will feel at home. Staying in Condado you are about 5 min to San Juan. I would prefer to stay in Condado where I have a view of the night life light up at night with people jogging and going out to eat. I will be back with my daughter.

Excellent stay!

We were 3 of us in the apartment and it was really comfortable accommodation for our 9 days stay. First impression: excellent view (both in the night and day)! But this is just the beginning :-) Furniture and facilities were very good, comfortable and nice looking. Location is perfect for reaching any kind of attractions within walking distance (beaches, bars, restaurants, etc.). Parking is downstairs - very convenient. Maritsa was our contact person ā€“ very easy going and supportive person. If you have any questions or needs you can rely on her! All in all we were extremely happy with this apartment in all means! It made our stay in San Juan perfect. Thank you :-)

Better Than The Pictures!!!!!

It was amazing! The condo is in an EXCELLENT part of town! We were there for a wedding over at the Marriott (5 min walk and 3x's as expensive)! The beautiful beach is less than a 2 min walk. The condo was CLEAN, super modern and had excellent towels! LOL You could really tell that some love had been put into the condo and it wasn't just a "rental" property. The area is also very safe...it's right in the heart of the tourist area, so there was police scattered about. We walked back from 5 blocks away at 1 a.m. and there were still lots of people on the street and we felt totally fine. The owner's aunt - Maritza - also picked us up from the airport -- Make sure you have her scoop you up! She is simply -- wonderful! Took us to the grocery store and essentially played tour guide! Working with Michael (owner) was particularly nice. He was timely, followed-up, answer emails, etc. He was exceptionally professional, which we greatly appreciated. Oh and the views...breathtaking! The condo's location lends itself to a wonderful breeze, so we never even ran the AC while we were there. The only thought I had was that the water in the shower was more "warm" than hot, but we just figured it was a San Juan sort of thing! Totally, not an issue and it didn't bother us enough to complain about it! So, overall 5++ stars and that says a lot for us as this was our first time ever using the vacation rental process!!!! We are already planning our next trip! Cheers!

First Class All the Way

This apt. is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I walked into this apt I knew I had made the right choice. Everything here is high end, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the bed linens and bath towels. The view of the ocean and the lagoon are both beautiful and relaxing. Whether it was having coffee in the morning sun on the terrace, or having a glass of wine in the evening breeze, I felt relaxed and pampered. Location is perfect. You can walk to all the hotels in the area and stop in and enjoy all the different restaurants and coffee shops along the way. The beach is also nearby and towels and chairs are all in the apt. for you to use .Air conditioning was not even necessary. The ocean breeze coming in from the terrace kept the apt. cool and inviting. Working with Michael was a pleasure. If I could give 6 stars. I would and the 6th star would be because of his warm, friendly, and professional manner. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him and also his aunt who manages the apt. He was always available to answer questions and to make sure that anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable, he would try to provide. I travel often to PR and have rented many places but none have impressed me as much as this one has. This apt. was outfitted in true style and comfort. Now that I have had this experience, there is no need to look further. I will absolutely be back. It was an experience woth repeating and one that was definitely first class all the way.

First Class All the Way

I fell " in like" with Michael's apartment from the pictures. I fell in love as soon as I walked in through the door. The apartment is beautiful! Everything in it , from the kitchen appliances to the utensils, from the bed linens to the bath towels is all high end. Being there I immediately got the feeling that I was going to feel very pampered. I wasn't wrong. The location is perfect. I walked all of theCondado and crossed the bridge over the lagoon. The hotels: The La Concha, the Marriott, the Conrad Condado Plaza are all minutes away. Outdoor restaurants, bars, cafes and even a Starbucks are all accessible. The beach is down the block by the bridge and the towels and chairs are supplied by Michael so everything is taken care of. As wonderful as getting around the area is, there is also the wonderful feeling of going back to this welcoming space.The terrace is a wonderful place to relax. I loved having my morning coffee on the terrace enjoying the morning sun. In the evening I could sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the ocean and the lagoon and feel the ocean breeze. This was my favorite place to unwind. Working with Michael was a pleasure. He was warm,friendly and very efficient. All calls were returned quickly and he made every effort to insure that whatever I needed was in the apt. His aunt Maritza was also a great help in insuring that once I arrived I felt at home. I have rented many times in Puerto Rico and I have had very good experiences, but I can honestly say that I don't need to look any further. This apartment is First Class all the way and I definitely plan to return.

Luxurios Bed, Sheets, Towels in a Great Location with Stunning Views

This condo had a fabulous, clean, bright vibe. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon naps on the balcony. We appreciated being able to follow the changing colors of the ocean. The ocean view can be seen from the sofa and kitchen bar as well! ON Sunday morning, while sitting in the living room, we watched people paddle boarding and kayaking in the lagoon.The wonderful breeze from the bedroom through the rest of the apt was ideal for us so we rarely used the AC. The location in Condado is perfect for walking to restaurants, cafe's, shops and nearby parks with beach access! Michael's thoughtful attention to details in every room made are stay comfortable and stress free. The bedroom has many extra sets of sheets, pillows, hangers, towels and bath ropes. We did not cook but used the coffee maker every morning. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes ,cups ,wine glasses, dish soap, sponges etc.. I highly recommend this condo and will rent again when we return to SJ. The Service was outstanding! Property care taker, Maritza, was standing in front of building waiting for us when we drove up. She showed us the apt. and where to park. She made us feel at home and the checking -in very easy after our long flight. Maritza is always available if needed and also made the checking -out a breeze. Michael had a beautiful birthday cake on the dinning room table waiting for me!!! Thank you Michael; that was so touching...and delicious!!

Very Relaxing Vacation

We had a nice week staying at Michaelā€™s condo. The location was good for walking to restaurants and the beach is across the street through the park. The condo had everything we needed and more, Michael has made quite the effort to make the condo comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although we only made breakfast. The linens are very nice, good sheets and towels; Iā€™m rather particular about linens. Beach chairs are provided with a cooler and good beach towels. I canā€™t think of anything we wanted that wasnā€™t provided. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Maritza is a gem, all property owners would do well to have someone like Maritza to take care of their property. Michael was quick to respond to my initial inquiry into the condo and refunded our deposit promptly. Very good experience.

Well appointed unit in the heart of Condado.

We frequently come down to San Juan and this unit was definitely in the top tier of places we've stayed. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Proprietors were very helpful and always available. All in all a very positive experience.

Great 1st time experience with owner vacation rental!

The property was all and more than we expected. The owner has 1st class taste and it shows throughout the apartment. Michael has provided everything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with every thing you need to prepare meals, utensils, pots, pans, spices and condiments. All you need is the food itself. He even provides beach chairs for guest use. We always felt safe and comfortable in the Condado area. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony of the apartment with it's views of the beach, ocean and morning sunrises. A great place to relax after a fun filled day of activity. The property manager, Maritza is a traveler's ANGEL!! She puts her heart into the well being of guests. I doubt we will ever again find accommodations that are so perfect for us. We would love to stay there again in the future. We would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Great location!

This unit is in a superb location and offers great amenities for a very competitive price. The view cannot be beaten and the apartment is spotless and well-furnished for cooking and sleeping. There enough bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk that you could stay a week and never go to the same one twice. Both the renter and caretaker were friendly and helpful. Admittedly, I was not the greatest tenant, but they were very patient and worked with me to make my stay quite pleasant. Thanks! I would highly recommend renting this apartment!

Simply incredible!

This was the most amazing vacation we've had. The condo was absolutely spectacular! The views were incomparable! Maritza was so warm and friendly and really made this trip extra special. The location of the condo was really perfect. Close to activities, the beach, bars, restaurants.... We couldn't have hoped for a better vacation. We've enjoyed it so much, we're already planning another trip here this year! Thanks so much Michael & Maritza!

Great find - Beautiful Unit

Michael's apartment was a great find! The listing was very accurate with regard to location, layout, etc. It was very clean, well furnished and maintained. The bed was comfortable with high-quality soft linens and towels. The apartment is supplied with anything you would need for your stay from kitchen items to beach chairs and towels, cooler, etc. It was quiet, yet in a perfect location - awesome restaurants all within walking distance, Avis rental car literally around the corner and beach also within walking distance. The owner, Michael, was very communicative, kind and quick with his replies. Most importantly, his manager of the apartment, was a Saint. She not only came to meet us before our cruise, she also picked us up after our cruise, took us to the grocery store, gave us the low-down of the apartment and was happy to answer any questions and take us anywhere we wanted to go. She was not only accommodating and a great hostess, but extremely pleasant, friendly and very comfortable to be around. Many thanks to Michael and Maritza. It's always a blessing to meet wonderful people that make a mark on your life. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone it would suit coming to Puerto Rico. Thank you!

Great location, hospitality and modern apartment!

The condo is situated in a great location walking distance to restaurants, shops, walgreens and beach. Very modern, super clean and comfy. Ive been coming to San Juan for the past 10 years since I live on St thomas usvi this is a quick getaway for me and my girlfriend. Michael's condo the way to go instead on staying in a hotel. Maritza the care taker is amazing and very friendly. She will pick you up from the airport for $15 . We'll be back and let our friends know. thank you christian
