Very comfortable and clean place to stay! Exceeded expectations and is very clean, upkept, and you have an ocean view too :)! The host was easy to communicate with, gave instructions on check in, and overall the stay is well worth it. Would definitely recommend staying here with them !!

This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be happier! The location is great and the view is amazing. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely book to stay here again!

The space was perfect for us. We were more interested in the beach and sunset more than anything. Because of our age and slow ability to get around, a handicap bar in the bathroom and on both sides of the beds would have helped tremendously. The quarters are small, but we were there for the beach, not to spend unlimited time in the room. For the upcoming guests, please remember to bring a dish cloth, dish towel, potholders and a box of tissues. There is a keurig coffee maker, but we brought our own rather than buy pods. The corner room was perfect for unloading and reloading. Everything else was perfectly offered for our stay. We definitely would return. Thank you for offering your facility to us. It was quiet (off season) and very enjoyable. The room was very sweetly decorated with beach attire. Also, to the upcoming guests, when you open the freezer door, don’t immediately shut it, if you need to get in it again. The suction is so strong, you need to wait a few minutes to reopen the freezer. You also need to pay special attention to the storm door. You need to consciously be sure it’s latched shut. But you will definitely enjoy the corner facility. And want to return asap

Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, great views of the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Most importantly, it was very clean. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Werkend Get Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend! The convenient beach access and gorgeous views were better than the listing mentioned! I was very pleased with the stay! It was quick ride to restaurants and even close enough to see other towns like Beaufort (15 min away).

Great place right on the beach

This is a fantastic property right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for...I took my 80 year old mother to the beach!! We would recommend the property and process to all, and we will be back!! Thanks!!

Anniversary/Birthday Getaway

The place was perfect. Wet clean and had everything you needed. Great views of the ocean from the inside and outside. The two high chairs outside were so nice to have. Having access to the pool was another plus. We will definitely book this place again.

Super clean, great location!

I was very happy with the unit. Everything was spotless and appeared to be remodeled. Great view of pool and ocean. I hope to return next year. Before booking, management replied immediately to my questions. I also received a message day before checkout letting me know what I needed to do.

Holiday Weekend Getaway

First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about that until we were there, and it may help a future guest.

Clean, tiny, quite beach getaway!!!!

stayed 2nd weekend in March 2024. We had a great experience! Clean!! (!st time Ive stayed somewhere I didnt feel like I needed to disinfect the entire place before we could put our stuff inside!) It is tiny!! a studio. But everything you need is there. (except an Ice cream scoop! lol) great view of the ocean from the room & the balcony, nice ocean front gazbo to sit even in the rain. It was the perfect beach getaway. The Host was great! VERY responsive, kind and helpful!! We will be back in the fall!! THANK YOU!

Super cute studio. Very quiet complex. Everything was very clean. Never heard any noise from other units. Host was very responsive. Beach is beautiful. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen could use some upgrades. Nothing major though. We would definitely stay here again. Great burger at Mollys beach bar. Nice dinner at Amos Mosquitoes also.

1st Solo trip as a single women. 3 night stay. I don't normally ever leave a review but I sure do read them!! That's why I felt it was necessary to leave an honest one here today. Location-great, view-wonderful, price-fair, cleanliness-poor, Host-great and fast at first. Until I asked why were there 2 men in my room? I explained to the host that there were 2 men in my room when I returned from walking on beach. I'm guessing the door didn't lock is how they got in. (Don't worry they tell you to leave the key in the lockbox outside in case you lose one) I would much rather feel safe instead of worrying about a lost key fee! One was standing outside my room, arms crossed blocking my entrance and one was in my room standing at the table where my purse, cash, extra room key were laying. It made me feel really uncomfortable. They surprised me and I surprised them too! So I kept my cool and asked them questions before they ran out of there just trying to feel them out. Thankfully I didn't see anything missing and I messaged the host about it. The next day I could at least lock one door at night while I try to sleep in a strange place. Thanks I feel so much safer now. I wouldn't personally stay here again just because that happened. If the host would of responded to my concerns about why the 2 men were in my room. I wouldn't be leaving this review right now.
