Set on 1 hectare of landscaped grounds, the villa features a stunning south-facing swimming pool (12 x 5 m), ideal for relaxing all day under the Côte d’Azur sun. With 180 m² of living space, the villa is fully air-conditioned and accessible to guests with reduced mobility, offering seamless indoor–outdoor living and high-end comfort throughout.

Outdoor Living:
South-facing swimming pool, sunny all day long (depth from 1 m to 2.30 m). Secure electric roller shutter. Large terrace accessible without any steps.
A range of amenities completes the property: outdoor furniture (tables, Fatboy loungers, sunbeds, chairs, parasol, gas barbecue), pétanque, board games, etc.
A shared tennis court, located just a 5-minute walk away, is also available by reservation.
The grounds are planted with pine trees, oak trees, heather, mimosa, and strawberry trees.
Set in an exceptionally pleasant environment: you will enjoy peace and quiet, sunshine or shade—your choice—while still having the option to reach the more lively coastal area just 15 minutes away by car!

Good to Know:
Rental from Saturday to the following Saturday; the house is completely cleaned and disinfected before your arrival by our trusted person on site who will welcome you for check in and who will introduce you to the Villa and its various equipment. She will also be present on the day of your departure for check out.

THINGS TO SEE AND DO IN THE AREA:
The villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the region and enjoying all the attractions of Provence. Numerous hiking trails, Provençal villages, and wine estates make the area a perfect destination for a pleasant and varied holiday.
The beaches of Sainte-Maxime, as well as two golf courses, are just a 15-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity, the Roquebrune rocks offer great opportunities for walking and rock climbing. Near the village of Le Muy (5 minutes by car), you will find water skiing on a lake, canoeing and kayaking on the Argens River, supermarkets, a Provençal market, restaurants, and various shops.
Depending on the season, Saint-Tropez, the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, Cannes, and other destinations are easily accessible by sea from Sainte-Maxime thanks to regular tourist boat services.
The Verdon Gorges and Lake Sainte-Croix, also major tourist highlights of the region, are located approximately one hour away by car.

In the heart of natural while being very close to the seaside it is a amily history! : we acquired this villa from my brother who himself acquired it from our parents 10 years ago...we rent it occasionally hoping to be able to give you the opportunity to come (re)discover this magnificent region; between the lake of Sainte Croix, the golf course of St Tropez and the Corniche de l'Estérel, you will be spoiled for choice in a very short time from your rental location.
