The fun begins at the Lake Life Lookout waterfront condo! This beautiful condo features 2 bedrooms and a gorgeous lakefront balcony with lake and pool views. Prime location on mile-marker 2 off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the strip! The complex offers elevators to the units and pools (NO STAIRS), 3 pools, two hot tubs, multiple public grills and a 12x32 boat slip available for rent!

Kitchen and Dining Area
This open concept kitchen has all the essentials to prepare meals and a K-cup coffee maker. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools and a dining table with seating for 6.

Living Room
The living area features a couch, loveseat, chairs, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open up onto the lake front balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, closet, and a flat screen TV. Double doors open up into the master bathroom which features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, wardrobe, closet, and a flat screen TV.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Outside
Out on the lakefront balcony you will find a patio table with seating for four, two wicker chairs, a wicker egg chair, and a flat top gas BBQ grill! Enjoy lake and pool views from the 5th floor.

Dock
There is a 12x32 boat slip available for rent!

Neighborhood Description
The Monarch Cove complex features 3 pools, two hot tubs, and a community dock. This complex is centrally located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, H-Toads, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knockers and so much more. There are also boat rentals nearby! EV charging is available just 5 minutes away at Dierbergs and Hy-Vee.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
