Group Accommodation: The Attic by CP Sports Center

Welcome to The Attic in Sandusky, OH. Hosted by Ohio Shores Vacation Rentals. Just 2 minutes to Cedar Point Sports Center and Sports Force Park! We welcome groups of up to 28 people.

This is a great space for to host your event with youth sports; traveling teams; bridal showers; family gatherings; prayer & church retreats and more! Please let the host know what event you are hosting as all events should be approved prior to booking.

One of a kind large, luxury home with charming, reclaimed pieces throughout, and your groups convenience contemplated in every detail. The Attic boasts 6 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 luxury bathrooms, a brand new outdoor hot tub below our multi-tier deck space, large open floor chef's kitchen, dining and living space for the whole group to relax, multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers to keep the chores at bay! The Attic is the equivalent to 7 deluxe hotel rooms!

Our Space: All rooms are equipped with large HD Televisions!

Sleeping Arrangement: The sleeping rooms would be the equivalent of renting 7 deluxe hotel rooms!

Entrance:
This home is filled with history of Sandusky, Ohio. Upon entry and greeting you as you go up the steps to The Attic will be "The boy with the boot" along with a plaque that gives you great detail the iconic staple of our amazing city!

Kitchen:
A kitchen that was built with your group's convenience in mind and maybe for a chef to whip up your special meal in lightspeed! We have two of everything to make sure you are never stepping over each other. That right! Two fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens and two trashcans!

Outdoor Patio:
The two-level patio and balcony features plenty of space to spread-out. A propane-operated grill, ample seating, firepit, and hot tub are all available for use.

Game Room:
Upon entry to the Attic, we have a 500 square foot arcade loaded with vintage arcade games, basketball shootout, shuffleboard and a large 75" Television decked out with decor from the Cavaliers 2016 NBA Championship

Contact us if you are interested in hosting hourly events in our space. We would love to host baby showers, bridal showers, and other similar events.

Parking lot is secure and gated. The large lot can hold a significant number of vehicles (15+.) There is not an outdoor yard space. Hot Tub is open year-round. A wood burning fire-pit is available in the gravel lot to hang out.

Pets are not allowed in this home and there are no exceptions.

A safe is available in the closet of the master bedroom. Rentals and other Add-On packages are available after booking.

Please note that due to the large size and occupancy of this unit, $500 damage deposit hold is required to rent the space. Once booked, you will receive an email with instructions. The damage deposit is just a hold and will be released upon inspection of the rental.
