There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Lake LBJ in Marble Falls to truly disconnect from daily life. This charming home is located on the lake with a large waterfront patio and two private boat slips. If you are looking to explore the water on a boat, you can use the public boat ramp in Crockett Park less than a mile away. Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, boutiques, and a large grocery store (H-E-B) are within a short drive of this property.

This waterfront home away from home has an extensive backyard that leads you straight to the lake. A paved patio with a nice seating area directly on the water is a great spot to hang out and take a quick dip. There are four lounge chairs and two sun umbrellas to keep you cool and cornhole available for lawn games. Attached to the house is another paved patio equipped with rocking chairs, a gas grill, and firepit - this is a great spot for summertime cookouts! The inside of the house has an open layout for the entire group to relax. The living area has a large sectional sofa and smart TV with streaming services, a perfect spot to curl up after a day in the sun to watch your favorite show. Find the well-appointed kitchen just off the living area with everything you need to prepare meals while you're visiting. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room and two cozy armchairs for lounging.

Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, central AC, and covered parking. Other nearby attractions include Johnson Park, Lakeside Park, Hidden Falls Adventure Park, Longhorn Cavern State Park, and Inks Lake State Park.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
