Our house is conveniently located in a sought-after area of Reykjavik with most services a few minutes away on foot. Downtown is only about ten minutes away on foot or 5 on bike.

The home is modern, clean and bright. Our kitchen has everything you might require and the garden has a big patio, BBQ and seaview from our balcony. We have a big wonderful garden with a big patio, a hot tub, big trampoline, frisbee golf and much more. The house is located near the the city's most popular seaside walk (Ægisíða) There's a TV hall with Playstation, AppleTV, Netflix and about 10 other things an entertainment freak might be interested in, but in summer, you'll enjoy the walks around the neighbourhood and the seaside (1 minute walk away) to enjoy the midnight sun.
Most importantly, the local geothermally heated outdoor swimming pool is only a 10 minute walk away. During summer that's almost a daily visit.
