Near to Alona White beach Panglao 15 mins. drive only, Bohol Bee Farm and 20 mins. drive going to Tagbilaran City where you can buy a lot of things
in the Malls.
You can rent a motorbike for your convenience.The bedroom is very comfortable with air conditioning,hangers, closet and the living area that has smart flatscreen TV that can be connected to internet wifi also good for Netflix.
The sofa bed is place in the living room that can be use by watching Tv.Dining table are attached on the wall also suitable as workplace.
Kitchen has the basic things you need like rice cooker, heater, microwave, electric cooker refrigerator and utensils.
Also the comfort room especially water have good water pressure with hot shower, and hair blower attached on the wall.We serve breakfast and dinner, also the pool bar is open to serve you.
( Pay as you order)The listing can only be booked for a min. of 3 nights. (If it’s booked just for the 3 nights the utilities will be for Free) 2 -3 weeks are negotiable for the rent price only

For reservations of more than 3 nights however, The guest must pay for their electricity based on the meter reading or how much you consumed within the stay.

Monthly or more than a month stays are negotiable 'only for the payment of the stay' but not the bills for utility (this means the bills for the consumed utility ea. Electricity, water etc. is non - negotiable.)

Security Deposit for utilities is required to be collected on at check-in reconciled at check-in.

Month 10,000
This deposit will be returned providing no damages or missing items found at the check-out.

SMOKING IS STRICKLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT, IF YOU DISOBEY YOU WILL GET FINE 15,000 PESOS.
But no worries, we have designated area in the terrace for you to smoke freely. 😉
