The space

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this darling three bedroom home and two full bathroom. Perfect for couples, family and business travelers looking for more space than a standard hotel room. Located less than 5 miles from Oakland International airport. House is about 20 miles from Downtown San Francisco and 30 miles from the infamous Silicon Valley.

Home is secured by ADT securities, we have two active front doorbell camera and one just outside above garage door. No active cameras inside the home. Front door entry with custom code, all three bedroom has keypad code locks as well.

Each of the three bedroom has a queen size bed that fits two people, master bedroom has one of the full size bathroom with shower only no tub, toilet, sink all of which are in an enclosed space within the bedroom. All bedrooms has a storage space with hangers, each bedroom is furnished with a nightstand, lamp and accent chair. Fresh linens, white towels and travel size complimentary personal care items will be left on bed. (2 towels, 2 water bottle, 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner bottles, body wash & body lotion bottles, 2 individually wrapped toothbrush / paste & Razer / cream). Extra towels and toiletries are provided for longer stays (3+ days).

If you need additional air mattresses / sheets / amenities for additional person over the 6th count then there’s an additional $25 each.

Spacious cozy living room with plenty of natural sunlight beaming through the large and inviting windows. Blackout curtains are perfect for a movie date in the afternoon. Glass top dining table fits 6 people. Work space available in living room as well, small desk and rolling office chair. The kitchen is smaller with electric stove top that can make a big meal for the entire family.

We’ve converted the garage to a game room, including a foosball table, and a multiple entertainment table (pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table all in one), there’s also a table with 4 chairs in place for those wanting to play cards, board games or simply relax at. Washer and dryer is available or use and located in the garage, though we sometime have detergent left out, please bring your own detergent just in case we ran out.

Large backyard with small concrete patio, includes patio table with 8 chairs and umbrella. BBQ grill is available for use, you would be responsible for propane refill if it’s currently empty.

Neighborhood has plenty of free parking, driveway can fit 2 cars.
