This property is an ideal stay when visiting Blue Ridge. The renovation choices are exceptional, a super warm environment and only steps from the main square. We will be sure to visit again!

Hello, just wanted to leave a review on the downtown walk around. It was a wonderful house and the accommodations were great. I would highly recommend it for a stay. We love being able to walk directly downtown and enjoy the views are nice and the home is very well renovated. Look forward to our next stay!

The house is lovely and the location is perfect-especially during a holiday like Thanksgiving. We were able to walk into town to watch the Christmas parade and tree lighting and not pay 20 for parking. The steps out front are a bit steep, which ads to the mountain town charm!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were perfect for our family. The location was fantastic because we could walk into the downtown Blue Ridge area for fun, food and shopping. It was also nice to have designated parking off of the street. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Blue Ridge but not on the Main Street. The property was clean and ready before check in time. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of dishes, cutlery and serving pieces. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in Blue Ridge!

Short Summer Trip

We stayed at this property for a short getaway. The property is very spacious, super clean, and in an excellent area for walking to downtown and the train depot. The host was super helpful and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit the area. We will be back again in the near future.

40th Anniversay get-away

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. The place was wonderful but here are a few suggestions:have a welcome package snacks and drinks, add a suitcase stand for bedroom, directions for adjusting the thermostat, strike doing all the dishes from the check-out instructions, provide a top-notch coffee maker or a Nespresso including pods.

Great place, great location

The house was delightfully and suprisingly bigger on the inside than what it seemed from the outside! It was very welcoming and cozy. We were stuck in the house pretty much the whole trip becaue of weather and we really enjoyed the setting. When it wasn't raining, we walked the short two blocks over to historic downtown Blue Ridge and all the wonderful shops.

The location of this home is absolutely unbeatable—it was the perfect base for our trip! While the house has great potential, we did encounter some maintenance hurdles. The host was reachable and sent someone to address a cleanliness issue on our first evening, though we would have preferred the home be 'freshened up' prior to our arrival since it had been vacant for a while. We also found the water heater a bit small for a group of six adults; it requires some strategic timing for showers. With a little more attention to detail regarding guest communication and prep, this would be a five-star stay.
