Brand new cottage with grilling patio.

Overview:

Haven on 41 is a brand new rental nestled among the Amish farms in Warsaw, OH and is on the outskirts of the Holmes County Amish community.  Don't be fooled by the fact that this cottage appears small from the outside, it is very well designed and can sleep up to six!  On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.  There is also a furnished kitchen and a dining area, and a laundry room.  Upstairs are two more bedrooms with queen sized beds and another full bathroom. Outside is there is also a spacious front porch and a patio with seating, EV charger, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen- the perfect place to connect with friends and family. You'll love the cozy atmosphere of this rental! It is tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, and you'll find it refreshing and relaxing.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

A wonderful place to stay. Virgil was so accommodating when the power grid went out. His correspondence was fast and very efficient. I definitely will be renting this again and for years to come. I was able to shop in different locations for three days that were reasonable within driving distance. The home is fully stocked we wanted for nothing (other than a blender). The home is beautiful. We were even able to make firestone pizza over the fire pit when the electric went out. Thank you Virgil for everything you did to make us feel at home during our stay. Definitely worth 10 stars!! I will be back soon.

Girl's Trip

Every year, my best friend from HS and I take a girl's trip. We enjoyed this beautiful, serene home. It was a perfect place to unwind after enjoying Mohican state park and the Amish Theater. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the facility.

Cozy and welcoming

The stay was amazing! Everything was just as described. The house has everything you could possibly need with one small exception we had brought a couple bottles of wine and we could not find a cork screw. But other than that it was a perfect girls trip. It was exactly what I needed. The house was super clean. The instructions were very clear. I would definitely stay again for sure!!

Lovely & peaceful!

This location was perfect for our family to catch up over a long Family Weekend. We enjoyed being surrounded by rolling hills and farmland and really enjoyed meeting the owner of the house, Virgil, who came by and kindly introduced himself. It felt especially poignant to hear all of the horses & buggies clopping their way to the church across the street on Sunday morning. The house was impeccably neat and had everything that we needed. We plan on returning next year!

Great place to stay

This home was exceptionally clean, welcoming, & full of all the necessities, plus some little "extras", which was nice. The only problem we encountered was the frying pans. They were nasty & unusable. We had to buy foil to line them prior to using them. And the coffee maker was a bit "challenging". Otherwise, this place was great & we loved our stay.

Cute place in a great location

This was our first time staying here. We loved everything about it - very cute and comfortable in a great location - and the host was really nice and super responsive. Unfortunately, communicating through the VRBO app was very problematic in that I was never able to receive the encrypted emails with important communication like check-in instructions (even after whitelisting VRBO with my email provider). This was not the host's fault and they did their best to make sure I got the info I needed via text. We would gladly stay here again but would not book here if we had to do it through VRBO.

Peaceful stay!

Property was very clean and tidy. The beds and furniture were comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. Neighborhood was peaceful and the outdoor space was a wonderful place to relax.

Perfect country side retreat

This was the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy quality time as a family. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and it provided the perfect retreat at the end of each day.

Great stay

Perfect weekend for a family wedding. The home is exceptionally clean and well furnished. The owner has thought of everything from tasty coffee to shampoos. Very comfortable for 5-6 adults.

Great Place

We had a great time staying here. It is a beautiful home, great location and very nice property manager. We had a great time and it was so nice to relax and enjoy seeing the horses and listening to the birds.

Amazing Ohio Stay

The cabin was an amazing place to stay. 15 minutes to Roscoe Village, 40 minutes to Newark and 45 minutes to the heart of Ohio Amish country. The view off the front porch of fields and cute community of Nellie was picturesque. We enjoyed nights around the campfire ring with lots of stocked firewood and firestarters to help get it going. Comfortable chairs and fun strung lights. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything including coffee maker, gas stove with griddle, crock pot, and much more. This is an amazing place to stay and relax. There was enough of a side yard for our boys to throw the football. We would stay here again and again.

New VRBO in cute small area

We had a very nice stay. The fire pit and grill are very nice amenities. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us comfortable all day. It is in a quiet, tucked-away area but we met the owner who was incredibly nice and sweet. We bought farm fresh eggs and got to see his horses. We had to find the Wifi Password on the back of the router. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Washer was a little finicky but nothing we couldn't figure out. When we booked it said 'water view' but we couldn't see any water from the house. There is very nice privacy bushes. Thanks for having us!
