Our ground floor unit is bright and spacious. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped with native plants, some always in fragrant bloom. Guests enjoy two clubhouses, each with an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, complete office and WiFi access, a complete exercise room, and party facilities. The tennis court and barbecue area complete a flawlessly maintained and spotless facility.

The Catalina foothills, northeast of Tucson, offer beautiful and private accommodations with easy accessibility to most of the valley in less than 30 minutes. This impeccably maintained condo complex backs up to national forest at the mouth of a spectacular canyon filled with Saguaro cactus. The close by trailhead offers a chance to hike in a pristine part of the high Sonoran desert. The neighborhood roads are steep and curvy with little traffic. The temperature dips at night and following renowned sunsets, the sky becomes bejeweled. Below, the valley sparkles under a blanket of lights. Top 100 golf is available a quarter mile away at two Tom Fazio gems.

The most beautiful location: Tucson is a premier winter destination. The Catalina foothills had the first foothill homes in Tucson because of the elevation and stunning beauty coupled with a breathtaking view of the valley and city lights. There are very few roads that go this high and close to the mountains. There are no other Tucson condo complexes in such a setting, only expensive private homes.

This golf on the bucket list: World famous winter golf in Tucson is even better than it looks on TV. Memories of certain shots, certain moments in the desert sun, will last forever. Great golf from city municipal to many semi-private to renowned resorts is available. At a resort only a quarter mile from here, are two Tom Fazio gems, the Canyon course and the Mountain course. These are both ranked every year in the top 100 courses open to the public nationally. The proximity can mean big savings in green fees. A nice daytime walk, less guilt at supper: There are some good restaurants within a few miles. This condo complex location, however, offers a great drive into the valley down Craycroft which becomes a major avenue once it exits the foothills. You can peel off on main arteries to the University, downtown and other points west or continue straight to South side. Here, most intersections have at least two Mexican restaurants. Most would agree, Tucson has the best Mexican food in the US.

This was one of our favorite all-time rentals, and we've stayed in quite a few. The condo was very comfortable and quiet and the pool and hot tub in the complex were very nice. Our host was very friendly and extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had before and during the stay. The condo is just as it appears in the listing. It also has a lovely screened-in porch.The area is wonderful. You can walk to the Ventana Canyon trail from the condo and we highly recommend it. The same for Sabino Canyon nearby.There are also wonderful restaurants in a small plaza nearby. We especially enjoyed the Peruvian and Thai restaurants.We would eagerly stay in this condo again if we come back to Tucson. We highly recommend it.

Ideal Location for Hikers

Great location in Ventana Canyon. Have stayed there three times. Hike right outside the rear gate then go for a swim in the heated pool. Unit has everything you need to cook in or visit one of the nearby restaurants.

Comfortable, Safe, and Peaceful

We really enjoyed staying at this condo while our home was being renovated in Tucson. The Unit is in a great location of Tucson in the Catalina Mountains and had all the essentials for making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The check in/out instructions were easy to follow and the owners were great about passing along information to us when appropriate. We also enjoyed the large pool and other amenities including the screened in porch. Many thanks to the great owners for making our stay comfortable and accommodating.

Host has thought of everything

I have grandchildren in Tucson so have visited frequently. The Ventana area is my favorite and this complex is great (nice residents, well-maintained, great location, lovely pool). This particular unit has everything you need---coffee filters, a giant water jug to get filtered water, endless kitchen supplies, very detailed instructions, cleaning products, a nice hair dryer, etc. The host has been extremely thoughtful in providing every little thing you need. I would love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving stay

Excellent location. Easy access to the hiking trail was our top reason for picking this unit. Pool and hot tub area is close and quiet. Complex was quiet overall. Upstairs unit was loud. Unit walls are thin and constantly heard a baby elephant stomping. Toilets were dirty, bugs in sink and dust on porch table when we arrived. Had to clean ourselves. Overall good experience but probably wonā€™t stay here again

Beautiful Canyon location

Ginnie was a very responsive host and communication and checkin were easy. The location to Sabino Canyon was great. Just minutes away and access to the Ventana trail is right in the complex. We enjoyed our time in the canyon area. It is beautiful to say the least. Restaurants and groceries also very convenient. Thank you for sharing your home šŸ˜Š

Perfect back to nature escape

Great accommodations. Light bright and ceiling fans helped with cooling breeze. Keeping temp atb80 degrees was perfect. Be sure to keep the fans going. It is just far eight away out of town. It allows you to see the stars and separate from the city. Be sure to bring some essentials upon check in. Water is my suggestion or Water bottles. You can refill in clubhouse to avoid go back down the hill Many hiking trails in immediate area . It was lovely. Commoner &Co. Is an amazing restaurant Thank you Moore family

Fabulous setting in a wonderful community.

Nesseled in the mountains with easy access to the city and many attractions. Spacious and clean condo close to the pool and hiking trails. Everything and more you would want in a rental. I would recommend highly.

Wonderful condo and location.

This is our 4th year in this condo and we plan on returning next year. Condo is in a beautiful location in the Catalina Foothills. It is furnished nicely and decor is in the SW motif which is fun. There are two pools and tennis courts for use in the condo complex. It is close to stores and hiking trails. Unit is quiet . Very nice room arrangement and a wonderful screened in patio/porch perfect for morning coffee and to enjoy the view and the birds all day. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful condo in a gorgeous area of Tucson

Wow! We stayed here last week and will definitely be back! This condo was in excellent condition. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, swimming in it (it's heated!), using the jacuzzi, and the topnotch fitness room. The location was extremely convenient for hiking just out the back door and delicious el charro and gelato just down the street, as well as Bashas grocery store. Can't wait to return next year!

Nice condo,itā€™s location at the back of the complex feels private. Bed was super comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short stroll to pool and clubhouse. I love the location of canyon view at Ventana. Out the back gate and youā€™re hiking a beautiful trail! You canā€™t beat the grocery store, Bashas,and itā€™s only 5 minutes away. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location of the condo.... it is very close to hiking, which we loved. Unfortunately, the condo was rather dirty when we arrived. Our socks were extremely dirty after one minute! The kitchen needs work. All appliances are old, and should be replaced. Everything in the kitchen feels like it came from a rummage sale.... dishes, glasses, silverware, and towels are all mismatched. The shower in the master bath has water damage. Countertops have stains and need updating too.

I do not think our experience in Tucson could be improved .

The location was perfect for us. The condo was very nice. There was lots of art on the walls which I like. It was so quiet, peaceful and close to the bike path, Sabino canyon, Ventana canyon, great restaurants. The condo owner was exceptionally responsive and cared very much very much about the condo and the quality of our stay. We loved our Tucson experience!

"We had a lovely stay! The condo suited us perfectly for close proximity to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro Park East as well as all the other places to cycle around town. Lovely condo! Location, view & decor are outstanding. The screened porch is a real joy to relax in with giant saguaro cactus right outside. Beautiful landscaping throughout the complex. Pool and fitness room 60 feet away & trail entrance a short walk. Hosts were most accommodating.

We live in Sedona, Arizona, and wanted to have a place in Tucson since we first met there while attending the University of Arizona in the 70's. This area in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains is our favorite!

This complex is nestled in the foothills along with multi-million dollar homes. There was no other area in Tucson with such beautiful close up views of the Catalinas, in our opinion. It is so quiet and peaceful, away from the traffic. Driving into town is so easy and a beautiful drive.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We love hiking and being able to access the trail from our condo is a real plus! The weather during the winter in Tucson can't be beat. The heated pools, hot tub, and gym sold us on this spectacular condo complex. Also, the proximity to Lowe's Ventana Canyon resort (within a half mile or less) is also a draw as we can just walk to go eat a wonderful meal at one of their restaurants. Just down the road at Sunrise and Kolb are more restaurants, a drugstore, grocery store, an art museum, and more!
