The Franklin Bunkhouse is a newly constructed home built with modern luxuries in a farmhouse style. It features a downstairs master, a spacious backyard, front porch swings, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a Sonos home speaker system, retro arcade game system and much more. You’ll find your stay to be relaxing whether you spend your time inside or out. The Bunkhouse is a less than a mile away from of Downtown Franklin, and is only a 30 minute drive to Nashville The Franklin Bunkhouse is located in small neighborhood near Historic downtown Franklin and Jim Warren Park. It is great for couples, families, and groups of friends.

The Franklin Bunkhouse served has our home base for a destination Christmas to visit family in Nashville. We found the Franklin property to be exceptionally well organized and prepared. Aside from things like light switches labeled, good cookware (not lowest 'estate sale' quality), full range of games/activities, the Hosts even provided snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator...a nice touch after a hard day of traveling. The house was very conveniently located for downtown Franklin activities and easy to jump on the major Interstates/State roads to travel to other venues. While it doesn't have mountain or scenic views if you're looking for great accommodations and close proximity to local destinations, your won't find many options better than this...our family loved it.

The house exceeded our expectations! They thought of everything we might need/want. Kids were super excited about the bunk room, video game and ice cream with all the toppings:)Backyard was perfect for relaxing outside. We had a perfect weekend!! Can’t say enough about this property. Love Love Love

Everything was beautiful, clean, above and beyond expectations. What a peaceful and comfortable home for our group. We loved the shops and restaurants in Franklin and how close we were to everything. Communication was exceptional as well.

We were all truly in love with the Bunkhouse and can’t wait to come back. Megan and Robert were terrific hosts and ensured we loved everything about our visit to Franklin.

Wow! This rental is so intentionally designed and well-stocked! The layout, decor, and extras to make a stay more comfy, fun, and easy were perfect. There were 6 of us girls who went and two infants. Props to Megan and Robert for a stunning rental property!

Wonderful house for bridesmaids

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at this lovely house the night before her wedding. The house is adorable and perfectly set up! The bedrooms are good size and the hosts thought of details that make the stay enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house.

Home Away From Home

We stayed at the Franklin Bunkhouse in May 2025. We were visiting the area, along with family and friends to celebrate our son's college graduation. From the moment we entered the door, we felt like we were at home. Megan has thought of everything! From the coffee bars, snacks, books, games, puzzles, phone chargers, Franklin bucket list, and area magazines, to the comfortable beds, linens, kitchen and household amenities. There wasn't anything lacking.Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we were not able to utilize the yard. But that too was well equipped. We loved the location, just a short distance to beautiful Franklin. There was ample parking for several vehicles and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.We cannot recommend the Franklin Bunkhouse enough and hope to stay there again in the future.

You thought of everything!

We were so impressed with your place and all the extras you thought of - little things that made a big difference. it is beautiful, spacious, and inviting. I enjoyed having coffee on the back patio each morning. The beds were so comfy and there was plenty of room to have some quiet time. Thanks for everything! Highly recommend!

Absolute best experience ever! Megan was so helpful with our questions. The house is the absolute most adorable! Comfy beds! She has thought of everything ! Full length mirrors, bins for each guests in bathrooms, snacks, coffee, waters, iron, steamer, games etc etc!! Couldn’t have been better!

A great home base

A perfect stay at the Franklin Bunkhouse! Megan and Robert have created an oasis just outside of Franklin. Every detail has been thought of - it really made us feel at home. There was no shortage of things to occupy our time - we were able to explore the civil war history in the area, while also enjoying several great meals in town and a few exceptional rounds of golf as well as taking in a concert at the Ryman. And, when we wanted to just relax, we enjoyed games on the patio or out in the back lawn. Our questions prior to arrival were answered quickly and thoroughly. Franklin provides a great example of new existing alongside of old and the Bunkhouse provides a front row seat from where to enjoy it. As a note, the drive in to Nashville on Franklin Road was much more enjoyable and picturesque than the interstate trek. Thanks again for a memorable week!

Great Friends Trip!

What a beautiful home for a group of friends to meet at! We all were very impressed with everything from the informational book for the property to the cleanliness of every space. The beds are so cozy and there were plenty of spaces for everyone to get comfortable. There were so many extras provided by the host. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided and in perfect working order. It was so nice to sit outside in the fall in a quiet, private area. The communications with the host were great. We will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing!!!

This house has the WOW factor! Every detail thoughtfully done. From original booking to departure was 100% on par! The house itself is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home. The additional extras like snacks, teas, bathroom amenities, etc. go the extra mile. The binder of information was helpful when looking for things to do and eat. Wish we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of the entire property like outdoor games, video games and just to enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely return and just can’t say enough about the hosts Megan & Robert!

Wonderful house to stay in!

Megan's house is just wonderful! I can't say enough nice things about our stay. There are so many great little touches everywhere that make you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.
