We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful view, plenty of space, great hot tub and a nice porch! What else could you want? I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to anyone. One minor suggestion: tear down the little wall around the firepit. It’s difficult to see the fire when you’re gathered around it. Certainly not a deal breaker, otherwise it’s perfect!

Our stay at Terrapin Station was wonderful! We had 8 total people and used all 5 beds. It was very clean and spacious. Be advised that the fifth bed is in an open loft area above the main communal space. The view into the outskirts of the Gorge is quite beautiful. I would absolutely book this home again! The RRG property management team has a good method to request and consider early check-ins and late checkouts.

Great views! Such a beautiful spot to make memories with our family! Host had great communication! Kids were sad that pinball machine was broken but they survived! Big dead heads so had a blast with decor

The view is phenomenal and cabin is pretty. That said..We found a TUMS tablet in our bed under the covers the night we arrived, the plastic on the washer door fell off first time it was opened, hot tub low on water and most jets didn't work, most chairs around fire pit are broken or cracked..one being held together with string, and the fire pit itself is completely in disrepair. And if that wasn't enough, there was a live bat in one of the bedrooms upstairs that landed in the bed with our child! Needless to say..that child slept on the couch. I feel like for the money we paid nightly for this cabin, it was under satisfaction. Probably should give your cleaning and maintenance crew a good talking to! We will not be renting this particular place again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Penny. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, but we're truly sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. During your visit, we only received a message regarding the washing machine, and we wish we had known about the other concerns so our team could have addressed them while you were still at the property, especially the bat in the bedroom. We did discover the bat following your departure and have since safely removed it. The washing machine has also been repaired, and we're working on improvements to the fire pit area. We take guest comfort and safety seriously and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We're sorry your experience wasn't what you had hoped for and appreciate the opportunity to address these issues for future guests.

We had the best stay ever! Terrapin Station was delightful! It was so nice to have the activity area right with the family gathering space…that way we were always all together. Everything was available and convenient. And, you can’t beat the location! I would highly recommend this property!

Easter getaway

Second time staying at Terrapin Station. Love the proximity to everything and ease of going to and fro. Enjoyed hiking and eating at local establishments.

Great cabin!

We visited RRG for a weekend to relax, hike, and enjoy ourselves. The cabin is very clean, comfortable, and nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck bird watching, and sitting around the fire pit at night.

Great friend vacation for party of 8

We met our friends here for a family/friend vacation. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The cabin was perfect for our size of group and the description was just as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrapin Station is situated on the edge of the gorge with an incredible view. We each had our own bedroom which was great. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was clean. The Grateful Dead theme was icing on the cake for this group of older guys who saw the Dead back in the day. I recommend Terrapin Station!

Beautiful place, we couldn't have asked for more!

We loved the entire house so much! It was spacious and comfortable and perfect in every way! The view was so pretty and loved the outdoor area of the property. Enjoyed the hot tub so much it was very clean and hot for us when we arrived. Our girls trip was perfect, so happy we chose this place. We will be back to rent this one again with family.

Family visit

My siblings brought our parents down here as they honeymooned at natural bridge 58 years ago. The cabin was elderly friendly with ramps and minimal steps to get in and out . Beautiful views and perfect set up with the fire pit. In close driving range to the major attractions and restaurants.

Super Cute Cabin

This cabin was very clean and cozy. Had ample room for sleeping and fun amenities like the outdoor firepit, jacuzzi, pool table and arcade games. It truly had a beautiful view that overlooked the mountains and gorge. The Underground Gorge and Natural Bridge were cool, nearby places to explore. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Great Cabin in RRG!

Great cabin, great location! This was a clean home with excellent amenities and fantastic views of the gorge valley. Cabin only provides 1 towel per person, which was difficult with a house full o.peoplepeople.every room filled.

Friends getaway

House does have amazing views as listed. Home is dated and furnishings could use some TLC. Home was in easy location and close to hikes that we were interested in doing.
