Spacious living room with large windows to enjoy the scenery, cozy up and enjoy the 65ā€ Smart TV, large couch, and love seat to enjoy some downtime or step outside to the front porch and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

CHEF`S KITCHEN
The timeless and beautiful design of the kitchen begs for large meals to be made here. You’ll love how modern everything is, from the sizable double-door fridge to the glass stovetop and large island, allowing you to spread the dishes and let your family help themselves. No need to worry about if you’ll have everything you need, as it’s well-equipped to prepare whatever’s on the menu.

- Coffee maker (Drip)

- Crockpot/slow cooker

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to the driveway with space for up to two (x2) vehicles.



CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Invermere - a town that most people only believe exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

ā— Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

ā— Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

ā— The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

ā— Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

ā— The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. NON-SHEDDING Pets allowed under 50 lbs.
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odour removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbours as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more then 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00

Excellent getaway for a girls weekend

We had a great stay here! The property was clean, check in was incredibly smooth and information leading up to check in was super helpful. We loved the location which allowed us to walk easily into town, and easy to park at. Of particular note, it was the best stocked kitchen for cooking I've ever had a rental property. We referenced the extra information that was sent a few times during the stay which made it easy to settle in (things like using the TV, thermostat, where to find things). Would definitely stay again!

Very well equipped kitchen. It was great for the familyDefinitely not enough towels. Only a few bath towels for 6 andults. and would be nice to have beach towels. Nice having washer and dryer. It was very clean and we left it the same way.
